Unhappy Clean eating or planning meal with set macros?

    Hey guys,
I've been clean eating basically only whole foods strict, I've been working out 6x a week with one day rest but I can't see progress on my belly area. Is it because I'm not setting my macros in every meal I have or maybe it would take time and just continue with clean eating? :/

Forget about clean eating. You're just eating too many calories.
    You can't help the hopeless.

You can overeat with the 'cleanest' and best foods out there and you'll still get fat. You need to count calories or you'll make no progress. Go read the nutrition stickies.

I've already calculated and got my macros but I find it difficult almost hitting my macros, I hit on carbs and fat perfect but I can't seem to hit on my protein and I can't have these protein supplements :/
