Good session. Instead of getting my air on the bottom position of the deadlift,today I tried bending over a bit,getting my air and then grabbing the bar and pulling. felt great.

great progress overall. Squats felt way too easy. OHP was hard (pushed the rpe too much again,was supposed to be 8.5) still,one big plate for 2x6 so very happy. Also pull ups progressing very nicely,even though my morning bw has gone up around 1.7-2kg.

Top bench set was supposed to be 1x97.5kg but went up to 100kg because my last warm up at 95kg felt way too easy.

So bench went okay,I failed the 3rd rep. Didn't really push it that far tbh,failed close to my chest.
Ohp went pretty good. Nailed my goal (3x70kg) then went for 75k and got it. I tried for 80kg but it was too heavy,could only get it up a little then failed.

Rounded a bit too much on my last rep on the dl and got stuck below my knees. First time missing a dl,felt like ****.
Bench went pretty good,decided to go for a 1rm on my regular grip and didn't test my cgbp. Misgrooved 112.5kg a bit and failed it
