Consider me adventurous, I took a sell at 1.15517. It is probably not the best entry, but well, margin freed up so..

Plus today is triple swap, so not that bad..

It closed right on 1.1553... lol well friday’s Close is a quarterly and monthly so that’s why I’m talking about it. Close at fresh lows around 1.14 and it’ll be glorious. Like 0.80 this year.

For years now 1362 has been a hurdle. I haven’t seen a rejection so exact on anything like it before. So until that gets taken out I’m not going to be a buyer. For now the numbers are 1262 for the June close and if 1200 gets taken out then we’re going to see sub-$1000, which I think is necessary. With a rising US$ it should happen.

That's awesome bro, you'll get there. Rental property is the way to do it for sure. Prices in this state are ridiculous. I doubt the real estate market will go down much here. There might be a little correction or crash somewhere down the line....but it will all come back just like the stock market.

I recently bid $5000 over asking on a house that needed $8-10k in work, and I thought was priced a tad high. (Only reason I was willing to overpay is because the numbers worked and i'd still make a decent monthly profit.) And I was outbid. Friend of mine just had the same thing happen with another house

How you fellas feeling about Starbucks? I want to go long with cheap AF calls, but I'm a little hesitant to go long right now. Feels like the market is kinda peaked with people considering tax cuts for businesses only short term and perhaps a downturn impending. I think I'm going to start shorting each earnings with puts. Expectations too high and I think we may see selloffs in a majority of companies regardless of positive results as people take profits/money off the table.

Maybe that will be the catalyst that will increase subs.

But then again, I don't know the quality of all that og content.

And just as a comparison, prime video doesn't even come close to the library size or recent titles that netflix has. Maybe something like Crave is better, but I've never been on it.

Probably a bigger gamble, but RAD Aug 17th $2 strike for $0.09 I snagged like 20 contracts. Vote for merger with Albertson's is earlier in August and imo at current valuations doesn't make sense and will be struck down by vote. Either the pot gets sweetened OR stays independent which will probably spike price up around $2.30-2.5 potentially.

Going a little off the deep end, but Nflx call for next friday 400 strike $400 for the calls. Should see positive earnings in July. I expect buy the rumor sell the news to help.

FUK. Eur/Usd closed above the bearish numbers of 1.166 which means it's probably heading to 1.20. The USD is still strong though so prob just gonna consolidate 1.12-1.20 until September.

I end up using prime video more than Netflix now. Netflix is basically just for the Office, and Ozarks whenever it comes back on. I'll watch their original movies now and then... but Prime Video has HBO inside it, I can rent new movies like Redbox, and generally has newer and more studio releases than Netflix.
