Yeah I've been scaling back too the past 6 months very slowly and patiently. Still hopping on a few big dips here and there with 5k usually. Waiting for something to dip hard and I'll repeat.

Markets really shot up, Nasdaq, DOW and S&P500 were at ATH's a week or two ago so with trade talks still not getting finished today was expected.

Also weed stocks are so low still, wondering if its just gonna stay like this now for a while....The only one I ever really see lately jumping much before it goes back down is CGC

dont weed companies need to get regulations in canada figured out before they start to go back up? plus alot of them are in the red till 2022

im gonna keep letting them go down until the regulatory side is figured out...then i may jump in when i see some sort of growth there

Holding off on adding to my retirement acct. until we get a dip in the coming two months. Support on the DJIA is 27500

Targeting 26200 now that 27500 is broken. If we begin bouncing and reaching ATHs near the end of December, then there's still chance of a super strong sell-off in January. We'll see what happens now with this dip.

China deal is inconsequential to the trend at hand. Even if markets tank to 23k in the coming two months, we're still going to see 32k in 2020.

^ Venom calls more chit here than anyone else I'd say. Not sure if this is the exact moment he's been referring to but I've been waiting for this dip since the major 3 indexes all hit record highs last month. Not sure if its gonna go that low, although I wouldn't be surprised with trade wars etc. And with the dow hitting 28k easily with no real facts behind why, I can see a 30k + Dow next year if trade wars get resolved.

Pretty much but all of the pumps we've seen have been anticipatory so you'll probably be late to the train unless you're keeping an eye on things like a hawk

$4 calls-- March 15 cents each
$5 calls June 17 cents each
$3 calls Jan 2021 58 cents each.

Buy a spread of each. This would probably be one of the first weed stocks to pump with any "news". I think weed is gonna be huge in the 2nd half of the year as candidates get desperate for votes in the US and they start throwing around decriminalization ideas.

What if you picked a huge fund like SPY, and bought a bunch of calls the day before dividend payout days (because metric fuktons of people have them auto-reinvested into the same as the dividends are received), then sold like the day after?
