Basically: Does anyone know a good mobility routine (Several exercises that are great for improving mobility for the entire body)?
Thanks

I'm not a fan of doing mobility work with no specific need to improve movement patterns. Listen to recent interviews with Quinn Henoch, he will explain it better than I can.
If it's for warmup, the best warmup is doing the target movement itself with light weights and high reps.
So if you do need mobility work, it's going to be different to what I might be doing or someone else. It depends what the issue is.

I did the Agile8 and then upgraded to the Limber11 a few months back, did it before every workout as my 'warm up'. Then all of a sudden stopped doing it and have noticed zero difference in my workouts.
Best Meet Lifts:
SQ: 460 (sleeves)
BP: 350
DL: 510
Total: 1300 (242 wrapped)
