Hello everyone this is my first post ever on the site and hopefully I'm in the right place. Here's some background I work for the railway and work long hours I'm still trying to loose weight and I'm hoping some people have some good lunch ideas to help keep me full threw out the day and help me with getting my calories in but without sacrifices towards over doing it with carbs. Im thinking I'll be taking lots of fruits and protine but not sure what else I should take with me.
