    Nutrabolics AGGRO...6 week log

thanks to a generous promo sponsored by Nutrabolics i was given the opportunity to log 2 full bottle of their Test Booster....AGGRO. many thanks to Nutrabolics and their rep, andrewwww for this logging experience.

i consider myself a fairly fit individual in my mid 50s. i train 3-4 times a week, doing a 4 day split routine. although i have a gym membership, i primarily train in my garage where i have a decent amount of equipment. i just enjoy the solitude of training on my own without any of the hassles of waiting for equipment, crowds and driving.

ive used many T-Boosting products in the past so im pretty well versed in what i should and shouldnt expect from an OTC product. im going to run my log and record my thoughts and experiences in as honest a manner as possible.

AGGRO is marketed as a "Dual Action Hormone Amplifier" thats designed to increase testosterone, GH, and IGF-1 from the first dose. the combination of ingredients in Aggro provides both anabolic and anti-catabolic activity to ensure maximum muscle growth and amplifyed natural insulin levels.

AGGRO has a totally transparent formulation which is a big plus for me. i like it when a company is will to show this and not hide behind a "prop" blend. the 2 bottles i was given to review will provide 42 daily serving of 8 capsules each. AGGRO is suggested to be taken on both training and non-training days so this log will run for approximately 6 weeks.

on March 1st i started a cut and reduced my calories to approximately 1900 per day. im planning on losing 8-10 pounds in the next 3 months. i eat what i consider a well balanced and clean diet but im am not a fanatic....i enjoy food too much! im hoping that AGGRO can help me maintain the gains in strength and LBM i made over my winter bulk or at least minimize the muscle/strength losses that normally occur while cutting.

other than the addition of AGGRO all other supplementation remains the same.

so without further ado...lets get started with AGGRO!

    3/2. starting weight...182.4 lbs

i work a revolving schedule but i generally train in the mornings. today was Back/Bi Day of my 4 day split. following label instructions i took 8 AGGRO caps an hour before training. after warmups todays routine consisted of...

    pullups..various grips...4 sets of 10
    lateral pulldowns...4 sets of 10
    seated rows....4 sets of 10
    barbell rows....4 sets of 10
    dumbbell pullovers...4 sets of 10

all went well with good energy, form and strength. no PRs but was concentrating more on form rather than volume. will see how AGGRO affects recovery. next post in a couple days

been using AGGRO for 6 days now. one thing that i have noticed is that my sleep patterns seem to be improved. im not tossing and turning as much and sleep seems to be deeper and more restful. not sure its the AGGRO but it certainly isnt hurting any!

3/7 weight..182.0 dropped 0.2 lbs...cool! recovery from Chest Day was great, but i also had an extra day of rest due to family responsibilities. curious to see how i recover from Leg Day....should be a good test.

    Leg Day

    warmups
Front Barbell Squat... 4 sets of 8
Back Barbell Squat... 4 sets of 8
Seated Leg Curl..... 4 sets of 12

day 9 of AGGRO use and feeling good! my cut is progressing nicely with steady losses on the scale but not in the gym or on my lifts. the AGGRO seems to be speeding up my metabolism a bit, helping with the weight loss. recovery from leg day was pretty good but not noticiably better due to AGGRO usage.

    3/9 weight...181.8...dropped another .2 lbs

    Shoulders and Abs
    warmup sets
seated dumbbell press... 4 set of 10
dumbbell upright row...4 sets of 10
dumbbell lateral raise... 4 sets or 10
dumbbell front raise.... 4 sets of 10

Day 11 of AGGRO...8 tablets a day, every day. monday and back to work. still working swings so im planning on doing a Chest/Tri training session before heading in. will post results later. got some great rest and recovery in over the weekend, improved sleep patterns still evident as are possible libido gains. maintaining strength and lift numbers nicely with no discernable losses occurring due to caloric deficit and cutting process.

Day 14 of AGGRO log and usage. got in a nice Leg session early this morning and already feeling that pleasant soreness creeping in. going by past results im sure the recovery will be greatly enhanced by AGGRO. along with recovery, both sleep and libido seem to be better than pre-AGGRO...will keep this monitored. also, noticing a subtle hardness/definition when looking in the mirror which is very encouraging. still cutting and in deficit.

Leg Day.... weighed in at 181.0....nice!
    warmups
    romanian deadlift....3 sets of 10
dumbbell walking lunge.....4 sets, 10 steps per side
    leg press....4 sets of 10

Day 16 of AGGRO. something im starting to notice is that i seem to have more energy...particularly in the late afternoons. you know, that dragging ass, "'2:30 feeling". i usually feel like taking a nap during the weekends and i didnt have the urge at all. same thing at work...more noticeable energy and zip. not sure if its the AGGRO but it sure isnt hurting!

Day 18 with AGGRO. i feel like im coming down with a cold...damn! woke up stuffed up and a tickle in the back of my throat. figured i better get a training session in today in case i feel worse tomorrow and the coming days. had a below average Back/Bi session, just felt kind of weak and overall fatigued. still, a below average session is better than no session at all so i cant complain. hopefully this cold will come and go quickly and i wont miss any time at the gym...or i might just do a couple sessions at home. theres nothing i hate worse than going to the gym and seeing someone thats sick spreading their germs all around.

Back/Bi...weighed in at 180.8. 1.6 lbs lost in the 18 days with AGGRO
    warm ups
    barbell deadlift...4 sets of 10
    t bar row....4 sets of 10
seated cable row....5 sets of 10

Day 21...still feeling a bit under the weather but just got back from the gym....needed to get a Leg Day in and didnt want to put it off. still cutting and eating very clean ...the weight is coming off at a slow, controlled rate as planned. i didnt push it too hard today due to the lingering effects of the cold and did mostly dumbbell and machine work. felt better after finishing the session and sweating out some of the toxins. im really starting to like what im seeing in the mirror...overall hardness and definition improving!

Legs....weight 180.2...i think part of this could be dehydration due to the cold. still, heading in the right direction!
    warm up sets

Day 27. today was the first sub par training session ive had in a long time. there was really no rhyme or reason for it, i felt fine going in with a good nites sleep and completely over my cold. it was Chest/Tri day from the first set i just didnt feel right...my mind wasnt into the session and i lacked focus. i felt no explosiveness and was just kind of going thru the motions. i think we all have days like this on occasion and i just chalk them up as "one of those days" thankfully they dont occur very often and i bounce back stronger the next time.

Day 30 with AGGRO. had a great Leg session yesterday. glad to see that the previous subpar workout was just a blip on the radar and now in the past. things are progressing nicely and the cut continues to be on schedule. (im thinking about cutting another 50-75 calories per day to speed the process a bit) weight is slowly but surely coming off and vascularity is increasing. im looking leaner and harder...the wife is even commenting which is nice! im not saying that this is due to the AGGRO use but i am happy with the contributions its making.

    Leg Day...weight 179.4...loss of 3 lbs in 4 weeks.
    warmups sets
barbell back squats....5 sets of 10
    hack squat....4 sets of 10
    leg extentions...5 sets of 10
    leg curls.....4 sets of 10

Day 33....spring has definitely arrived in California and it feels great! today, instead of working out in the garage or going to the gym i hit the fitness trail at the local park. the park is about 3 miles away and i rode my bike for a little cardio. temps were in the mid 70s with light breezes, the kind of day that you just want to be outside and active.

our fitness trail includes various stations for stretching, pullups ( i love using the rings...something i dont normally have access to!), elevated and incline situps, handwalk body dips, bar jumps, hamstring pull lift and drops, battle ropes and uphill sprints. i went through 3 circuits and was soaked in sweat by the end! a quick ride home and i was done.

this was such a nice change of pace from the usual inside workout and i really need to do it more often. i highly suggest getting outside and enjoying the fresh air!

Day 37. had a tough evening session last night. worked on Chest/Tri's and feel like i got alot accomplished. im still losing weight and BF at a slow, controlled rate and im particularly happy with my ability to maintain strength and minimize any losses through the process. i feel like AGGRO use has contributed to this in a very positive way. overall energy continues to be very good...at the gym, at work and in the boudoir. a happy wife is a happy life! im down to my last few days of AGGRO and its a bit sad looking at my dwindling supply.

    ChestTri's.... weighed in at 178.4.
    warmup sets
barbell bench press...5 sets of 8-10
incline barbell bench...5 sets of 8-10
    dumbbell pullovers....5 sets of 10
standing cable flys....4 sets of 10

triceps cable pushdown...4 sets of 12
    weighted dips......4 sets of 10
weighted diamond pushups....4 sets of 12

Day 41. this will be my final entry and conclude my AGGRO log. again, i want to thank andrewww and all the people at Nutrabolics for this great opportunity.

overall AGGRO performed very well for an OTC product and i was pleased with its performance. during the log i lost a total of 5 lbs....from 182.4 to 177.4. that comes out to a little less than 1 lb per week which was exactly the rate i was shooting for. i was also quite happy with the way i maintained strength and minimized any loss in LBM. libido was consistently high as was overall energy.

i would definitely run AGGRO again and consider this to be a very positive experience. thanks again!
