Estimate
5´8
Left picture is 204, right picture is 175
Dont be misled by the lightning and angles, the right picture is the best i look with the right picture. How far down should i cut cuz my abs arent showing, probably due to the fact that i never train them (should work on that).Last edited by phattytophitty; 01-27-2021 at 09:04 AM.

I’m basing more on peak muscular potential at your height.
A 6-1 or 6-2 natural bodybuilder on stage totally maxed out at like 6% BF would be like 190 on stage... which means about 178lb peak LBM shredded.
If we assumed you’re carrying a decent amount of extra water and food in your system compared to a stage ready lifter, we might estimate your current total lean mass at around 185.
So if you had 185lb of lean mass now at 245lb, you’d be about 25%
However, assuming you haven’t totally peaked your natural potential, it might be a little higher... so I just gave the 25-27 range."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Cool. I won't be stepping on stage, just cutting a bit for summer. I am 238 as of this morning after a few weeks of 2400 cals. I'd like to end up around 215-218, so I'm assuming I'd need to be closer to 210 before going back to maintenance.
Since I have been lifting for just shy of two years, there is a zero percent chance I am near nat limit, so I'd say you are probably pretty close.
I'm actually looking forward to seeing what I look like with 20 lbs less fat. I think I started early enough, so time will tell.See BrianDaMans sig.

I think you're already quite lean. I'd recommend doing a maintenance phase to focus on building muscle because if you've been cutting that long it's likely your metabolism has adapted quite a bit and it's usually a good idea to do a maintenance phase every few months. I'm in the same situation, I've been cutting since July 27th (Actually 6months damn) with some refeed days or diet breaks here and there but I'm not sure what to do either. I just got an acc here and I posted, if u could give me feedback too i'd appreciate it.

You definitely have some concerning thoughts about your body... you don't have fat to lose right now without risking serious damage to your health.
The fact that you can't see how tiny/lean/and fit you look is shocking to me...
You are leaner/fitter looking than 99.99999% of the population. Try to focus on more important things... you're young... try to enjoy life, enjoy food, don't worry about the small things."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Thanks for your feedback. Not the most knowledgeable here but judging from your pictures, you have an incredibly fit physique and most people would call your body their dream body. Your quads are really well developed. Your waist to hip ratio is damn near perfection. Some would say you’re competition ready. And the fact that you’re only 18! Personally, I don’t think you should lose any more weight. You could maintain or bulk up if you wanna add some muscle.

I don't know, I want to be healthy trust me. Since I can't see myself accurately I guess it's just tough because I believe what I see... which is not that lean IMO.
if I thought I was skinny or at all borderline unhealthy looking i'd definitely eat more and quit cutting. there's rlly nothing I can do about my BDD though:/ doesn't matter how many ppl say I'm already skinny cuz I feel fat yk
i realize there's probably an issue, I just don't know how to fix it lol

BF estimates??
I think my BF is somewhere 16-18. What do you think??
Been cutting for almost 5 months. Should I keep going 'til the end of Feb or lean bulk now?
If I do bulk now, I will eat 80% - 90% clean whole foods and only go a little over maintenance.
I also included my starting point when I first started my cut back in september.
Age: 25
Height: 5'10
Weight: 156 lbs
Waist: 27 inches
Your assessment/advice/critiques would be much appreciated.Last edited by AbdulazizSab; 01-29-2021 at 04:53 AM.
