Hi guys, I've uploaded 3 of my most recent pictures in my profile.
I think I'm developing a mild case of body dysmorphia. I'm not satisfied with how I currently look and I get anxious whenever I look in the mirror every morning. A girl just told me that my abs sucks and it destroyed my self confidence. Currently, I can only see my abs in good lighting but my dream is to be able to see it in any lighting. I'm so confused about what should I do next. I'm 169cm and 60kg and I think my bodyweight is already incredibly light for a guy but should I diet down? What is my bodyfat percentage? and can anybody please give me an objective opinion on how my abs look? can it pass as a legitimate "six pack"?
I apologize for any grammatical errors, english is not my first language
Thanks you

This guy looks 12% to me which makes me wonder...
You said hes 12-13 while your estimate of my bf% was 13-14. Im 1 cm shorter than him and I weight 2 kilos more. So after some calculations if we were to be the same height and bf percentage, he would still weight 2 kilos less than me with obviously way more muscle mass. So would my estimate for myself being 15% bf or even higher would be correct?

im basing my guesses on pictures, not a calculation of heights, etc...
He doesn't have 'way more mass' than you, he simply appears to have different insertions...
Your ab definition, skin thickness, and separation in general is quite similar.
Don't let weights fool you into thinking someone MUST weigh more/less based on the %...
In this photo im like 145lb at 6-feet tall... but I look bigger than I am because im around 10%
The power of carbs compels me!

Going off topic here and this just an estimation, but that girl could have been giving you a fitness test because she liked you and wanted to see if you buckle or maintain frame. If anything that means your doing good work and I wouldn’t let it shake you (that’s what women want to see as well that they can’t shake you). Internalize the changes your making with your body for YOURSELF or else you will never be happy unless you receive validation from others, which makes you dependent on others for your own happiness.
Good luck buddy.

Thanks, you don’t think I could cut further I was going to try and get to around 10-12% and then run at maintenance with 100-200 surplus and hit and the compound lifts. Incline press, squat, OHP, pull up, trapbar deadlift, and wide grip rows. Your physique is fantastic and would like to work towards something like that as a natty.
Thanks for the feedback

I think you can cut further, part of my BF assessment of 16% was also partially based on your height and weight, most people unless they have extensive strength training history aren't going to be that lean at 6'2" and 197, for you maybe around 185 to be down around 12%? Thats just a rough guess...
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
