6’1 223lbs
Looking for a body fat estimate. My renpho scale says 25.6%. I went for a Dexa scan today and that thing said 36.8% !! Can that be right? I was expecting 25-30%, but 36.8??

first time cutting since 1/18 (7 weeks)
how long & how much weight loss should I aim for to reach 10 - 12%
I'm losing close to 2lbs / week, am I cutting too fast?

I had let things go for a few years and now refocusing on lifting and diet. Lost 10 pounds so far over 2 months. Will keep cutting for a while longer before hitting maintenance for a month.
Lifting 4-5 times a week.
All pictures untensed.
Height: 5’9”
Weight: 147 pounds
56 years old.
Could I get a BF estimate please?

Hey all, I'm 5' 9" and 170 lb. This is my first bulk and trying to decide when to cut. I'm guessing I'm like 35% right now, idk.
On one hand, I'm thinking I'll cut soon as I feel really fat and this is the heaviest I've ever been, but, I'm still making strength gains (just hit 225 bench for the first time today!)

Can you guess my body fat?
Currently I'm 88 kilos and 180 cm tall.
In American system 5.9' and 194 pounds.
I know the angle might be difficult to figure out. Still, a roughly estimate would be nice.
