Does This Work?
I've been struggling with loosing Fat/Weight myself, have tried a lot of different things, yet noting really seems to work. I was wondering if I can get your opinion on this course I found ownyourhealthandlife.wordpress.com , I just want a second opinion. Hoping it will let me lose fat quickly.

I weighed in 160lbs at night, so strange for me to be so low, but how much more do you think I need to lose to tighten up that adonis area?

Bf 10-12% Bodyspace was acting up, so I could only look at the small version of your pictures.
18-20% 16 weeks I would think, but it depends on how quickly you can cut.
About 22% I couldn't enlarge the pictures as bodyspace is acting up right now.
You need to be in a calorie deficit consistently to lose weight. If nothing "seems to work" then you are either eating too much food or not tracking your weight accurately.
Your bf is fairly low (12-13%). You don't have a lot of definition because you need more mass. I would lean bulk.You can't help the hopeless.

Really? But I can pinch a lot of fat out from my belly and suprailiac (side of the belly, near the hip bones) area. Could I trouble you to see if bodyspace is working now and take a better look at me?
I just look and feel soft all over. Can't believe I'm 10-12% because at that range guys have a ton of abs showing and look lean af. i have no definition/ separation/striation going.

1- From what you can see in ALBUM 2, am I lean enough to start my bulking process or should i lose some more fat ? What is my BF % please ?
2- if yes, how much should I gain ? i heard arround 2-4 lbs (1 to 2kg) per month is optimal.
3- For how long should I bulk ? I weight 71,5 kg right now, should I gain 10 kg? 15 kg ? or more ?
