    In my previous post when I was 68.5 kg, you said I was 15-16 %. How come I only dropped 1-2 percent after I get to 65 kg. ( I'm pretty sure I don't have much muscle mass to lose)

    Hey guys, been lifting for near a year now, but this will be my first time cutting (lost 9kg in 2 months so far). Any thoughts on bf? And do I have enough muscle mass for a cut?

    What is my body fat percentage?

    Please estimate my body fat %

    I am new to bodybuilding and have no idea where I may possibly be at this point. My goal is to lose a bit more fat around my midsection and abs.

    Body Fat Percentage/Advice On What Next

    Firstly, can one of you possible give me an estimate on my current body fat composition please.

    My Physical Stats
    Sex: Male
    Age: 18
    Height: 5’11
    Weight 155 Pounds
    BMI: 21.6

    Progress Overview:
    Around 6 months ago I was chubby as ****, coming in at 205 pounds with a pathetic amount of muscle mass, I conquered my lack of motivation with the assistance of prescription amphetamine salts and was able to cut 50 pounds through diet and moderate cardio. I’m still not completely satisfied with my progress as I still possess what you guys would probably consider a skinny-fat physique. I fall on the lower end of the Body Mass Index at 21.6 even though I still have a moderately high amount of body fat. I think my problem is that I possess little muscle mass compared to fat since I haven’t been to a gym since sophomore year of high school. I realistically could cut to 133 pounds and be at the minimum recommended BMI of 18.5 for my height and age. Honestly though at that weight I would look even more like a twig.

    So, my question to you experienced in bodybuilding should I further cut with cardio and a calorie deficit, bulk with protein and weightlifting, or stay where I am and start consuming protein and simultaneously begin lifting?

    Sorry for the long post and bad pictures, completely new when it comes to most of this.

    Hey can I get an estimate? I think I’m getting close to where I need to be but the cuts been slowing down lately. Had a few drinking nights that I couldn’t avoid the last couple weeks.

    Pics in body space. Check out the before and current pics. Started around 185 at like 22% down to 160 right now, most successful cut I’ve had so far and I’m still very motivated because I’ve gone too far to start half assing it.

    Body Fat Estimate

    180 pounds 6'0. Can you estimate my body fat? Can I start to bulk and add in 4-6 week cut cycle after bulking for 3-4 months? I've been dieting since October down from 205. Slow progress but I kept most of my strength. For whatever it's worth: I do appear slightly more muscular in person; I just can't seem to capture all my "cuts" in the mirror or with my phone.

    18-20% I would maintain for a few months and try to recomp.

    20-22% I would lose at least 7kg before bulking.

    18%. You can bulk now if you want, but bulk cautiously.

    174 lbs, 31.5 inches around the navel. I would like to start bulking once I have reached 10-12pc. My guess is that would be some 15-20lbs from now?

    I was at endocrinologist they gave me some pills,im taking it evry morning at 7pm,and they said my thyroid is port fattnes into my body even if i eat only vegetables,i just wanted to ask,what shoud i do to weight down,idk im really young im very tall and im let not say alot of owerweight but something like that..

    Can I get a BF estimate please? Should I continue cutting for another few weeks to lost another 5 or so pounds or should I work my way back into bulking now. My 2nd and most recent bulk brought me from 169 to 192 over 7 months but I put on a little more fat than I would have liked. I've been cutting for a bit under 3 weeks and am down to 185. I'm trying to put myself in position for another bulk of 6+ months to try to put on more mass. Since I had almost none when I started 2 years ago I knew it would take several bulks to get to where I want to be so for now I'm still working my way toward the finish line. Both shots are unflexed from this morning. Although I did just get off a plane from Vegas so I'm certainly not in the best shape after last weekend.

    Guys any idea where I am BF wise and what would be my ideal body fat. No real interest in the abs\6 pack, just a flat stomach. I'm really quite pleased with my gains in muscle considering my age and don't want to lose them going on a stricter diet just to get a flat stomach

    Bodyfat?

    got 1 more month to cut before summer is here, what is my bodyfat % at? my trainer say i got high estrogen so i hold alot of water and taht some of it is skin? how correct is this? was much bigger before, 110kg and did not work out, arms are REALLY vascular usually and i know if have a problem with my thyroid, aka eating T3 to help support, so my metabolism might be a bit off sometimes dunno

    How would your trainer know if you have high estrogen? Is he also an endocrinologist?

    Bf looks around 14% A bit hard to tell as half of your pictures are in shadow. Also don't see any loose skin

    No clue, he is just telling me im holding alot of water, and that estrogen could be a problem, sometimes when i get warm i get bigger nipples not sure if that has to do with it? down to 12% should be easy if i go hard last 3-4 weeks right?
