15-16% I would maintain for a while.
13-14% I would bulk now and cut in the spring.
12-13%
13-14% I would bulk. You need more muscle to have good ab definition.
25-27%You can't help the hopeless.

I'd just bulk tbh.
I'd bulk now.
13-14%
To reverse the metabolic adaptations that happen when you're cutting.
About 6 months. 2lbs/month would be good.
About 15%. You could do either, but I would cut to about 12% and then bulk.
16-17%You can't help the hopeless.

Estimate
Morning yall
I used to be 245 lbs and dropped it to 188 over the last 8 months. I did it stupidly and lost a lot of muscle mass cause I didn't know any better. I just wanted an estimate of where I stand on a bf %. I'm 6'3 and the first pic is unflexed while the others are flexed. My family says I'm getting too small so should I begin a bulk or should I cut? It's a dilemma because I really don't want to look any smaller since I'm starting to look a bit lanky according to people. Also I have wide hip bones if that makes a difference.

Hi guys!
I’m here to show you my progress after a lot of cardio during last month. I lost 2 kg in 2 weeks, maybe too much, but some water too.
I just want to ask you my body fat and if you think I lost a lot of muscle.
I see myself smaller but I don’t know...
You can see my progress photos on my bodyspace named summer.
Thanks in advance

Thank you in advance for any input.
1) BF% estimate? -- Pics are in my progress photos (https://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/p...ChairmanWaffle)
2) When can I bulk?
For reference:
6'3'', currently 206 lbs. (Was 245-250 on 1/1/18, been cutting relatively hard since then, and looking forward to eating at maintenance or slight surplus....)
1RM Squat 260
1RM Bench 225
1RM OH Press 140
1RM Deadlift ~350? (Haven't DL'd in awhile)Last edited by ChairmanWaffle; 08-08-2018 at 03:34 PM.

I couldn't see the recent pictures. Your bf shouldn't have changed significantly w/ just 4lbs.
You can't lose a lot of muscle in 2 weeks, especially if you only lost 2kg. You're carrying less water weight/glycogen and thus, you look flatter.
I'd say 18-20% in the first pic and about 13% in the second one.
About 16%
About 15% I would probably cut 10 more lbs before bulking. That being said, you've been in a deficit for a while, so a two week diet break (where you eat at maintenance) could be a good idea right now.
16-17% I would cut about 10lbs.You can't help the hopeless.
