Appreciated!
Advice is appreciated, trying to slim down. Been on a calorie deficit for a while now, about 1500 cals a day. 140g protein atleast. Haven't been doing any weight lifting, apprehensive about going to the gym currently, I get about 10,000 steps a day.
I am 5 Feet 9 Inches (175 cm)

You need to stop cutting if you're not currently strength training, you're just going to hurt your physique even more. You're carrying a lot of fat and have little to no muscle, and whatever muscle you do have you risk affecting by being in a deficit without appropriate strength training. You're over 20% bodyfat, its time to start throwing around some weights.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

I think you should talk to a therapist if you feel like you need to lose weight... I'm 5'9 and 160lbs and I feel like I couldn't survive at 150lb lol
You are in a dangerous place. My brother had an eating disorder and well he isnt here anymore... either take squids advice or see a therapist if you seriously consider dropping more weight.FS/ S/ OHP/ B/ DL

I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.
Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!

I have some recent progress pictures in my bodyspace. Interested in an estimate BF. I'm thinking about 20%. I'm currently cutting to try and get down to 170ish lbs then going to try and stick around that and build muscle for a while. Sorry but my front view one might be hard to read because I was flexing.

Estimates?
Hi, I deleted my previous post and decided to repost it because I wanted to make it easier by attaching my current pics in the thread. That way you all don't have to go digging through my profile and reading dates on my pics to figure out which ones are current. Since January I've lost about 42 lbs, mostly through cardio. I only started strength training a few months ago as an add on to my cardio because I felt myself getting a lot weaker.
I'm curious what my BF% is so I can mathematically set an appropriate weight goal to switch from cut to maintain, then ultimately bulk. I am guessing my goal should be 170-175lbs, but I have no idea really. Any help would be appreciated. Most of my fat seems to stay in my stomach and rear flank area. My legs seem to be lacking a lot of fat, but I am not really sure how to tell. I do feel like my BF is lower than a lot of people at my height/weight based on pics I've found.
Age: 38
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 188lbs
Thanks all!
