    26-27%.

You have lost 2kg in two weeks. So if you kept that speed (which you wont as you get leaner) you would lose 15-20kg I would think to be 12% you would need to be around 75kg if not lower so possibly but that doesn't might as well try.

    20% maybe a bit lower.

scale said 81.5 kg (179.67 lbs) for first, 80.3 kg (177.03 lbs) for second.

what % bf do you have me at?

    Updated body fat estimate please!

    5ft 11.5", 77.6kg currently - https://imgur.com/a/sfrz7iT

Been cutting for 14 weeks now. Been aiming to lose at around 1% of bodyweight per week. For the first 7 weeks I somewhat undershot that and was loosing at around 0.7kg per week. Started off at 90.4kg, something above 22% bodyfat since the first set of photos didn't allow for a great estimate. After 7 weeks I had got down to 84.98kg, lost 10.7cm off of my waist and was estimated to be at around 21-22% bodyfat.

Since then I have dropped a further 7.4kg (overall loss of 12.9kg), and lost a further 10.9cm off of my waist (overall loss of 21.6cm). Despite all that, seems like my abs are still struggling to come in properly. To me its looking like another 7-10 weeks of cutting at this rate to get down to 70kg going forward and hopefullyyy that would do the trick. Haven't really lost any strength so far so I'm guessing I'm maintaining my muscle mass well, and have gotten stronger across the board on all my movements outside of my flat and dumbell bench press. Would like to get an updated body fat estimate to see how much I seem to have actually lost and how much more I need to lose ,to see if my calculations are on track here.

    Looking for a BF estimate.

Wondering whether I should continue losing weight to get rid of the last layer of fat or start a lean bulk.

    6’5, ~200lbs

    Much appreciated!

I would estimate around 17ish% so I imagine going to 70kg would put you near 12-13% I would guess.

    Need a progress update!

So I’ve lost around 8lbs from my last estimation which was around 20-22% Just wondering how much I am now. Also how far am I from the six pack picture? Current weight 80.7kg how much will I need to get down to for me to look like that? Pictures in bodyspace
    Thank you!

Roughly 30 pounds of fat to reach 12%.

But just go by how you look and feel!

My guess is around 15-16%, I could be being too optimistic though.

    Cheers in advance.

Looking for some advice about bulking/cutting/recomp as well as a BF % estimate. (I'm thinking ~20%)

I've only been working out consistently for about 1 month. I'm 157 lbs currently and have been cutting the whole time, down from around ~162. My ideal weight is right around where I'm currently at except.. lower body fat and more muscle obviously lol. I'm thinking of bringing calories up to maintenance and just recomping. It seems a little counter intuitive to me to cut down to maybe 145-150ish and then bulk right back up to the weight i'm already at.

    Hi All,

    6ft, 180 lbs.

Looking for a bf estimate. Navy tape test puts me at 13%.

(Before pic) Returned to training after a long time off, started cutting at -500 cal, high protein, while just compound lifting 3 x pw, 6 weeks ago at 181 lbs.

(After pic) 6 weeks later weighing almost exactly the same at 180 lbs!

Looking for before and after estimate and advice on whether to continue at these calories or reduce further. Cutting until abs before lean bulk.

    Cheers

I wouldn't be concerned on a actual percentage if you have body dysmorphia but the range of around 20-21%

I am afraid you are in that range were noticeable changes take longer then 5lbs as some of that will just glycogen and water. Around 18% losing another 10-15lbs will make the difference.

I would say a touch higher at 14-15%
