    Currently 5'10 162.2 lbs as of this morning. Really wanted to see abs for the first time before bulking but I dont think that is going to happen now. Not sure if I should get down to %12 or start bulking now since I am feeling really small, but I want to be able to bulk for the longest time possible before cutting again.

    Maybe 15%. It's a bit hard to tell with the loose skin on your stomach (it's a mix of fat and loose skin). Congrats on the weight loss. You've done a great job. I would maintain for about 2 weeks and then slowly bulk.

    almost done with my 8 weeks cut but see no result

    2 more days and my 8 weeks cut will be over. Throughout this cut ive been trainig hard and eating well and havent lose any strenght. My clothes fit better but when i look in the miror i hardly notice any difference. I mean my weight is going down from 71.3 to 66.2 kg this morning. Still i dont feel like i lose any fat at all. Still a fat dude. Any help? Should i do another 4 weeks cutting?





    Ps: bodyfat range? Need it to know wheter i should keep cutting or not

    About 15%. You could do either, but I would cut to about 12% and then bulk.

    Morning yall
    I used to be 245 lbs and dropped it to 188 over the last 8 months. I did it stupidly and lost a lot of muscle mass cause I didn't know any better. I just wanted an estimate of where I stand on a bf %. I'm 6'3 and the first pic is unflexed while the others are flexed. My family says I'm getting too small so should I begin a bulk or should I cut? It's a dilemma because I really don't want to look any smaller since I'm starting to look a bit lanky according to people. Also I have wide hip bones if that makes a difference.

    About 15%. If you're new to lifting, you can build muscle w/o gaining weight. I'd recomp (lift and eat at maintenance) for 3 months or so and then bulk.

    Hi guys!
    I’m here to show you my progress after a lot of cardio during last month. I lost 2 kg in 2 weeks, maybe too much, but some water too.
    I just want to ask you my body fat and if you think I lost a lot of muscle.
    I see myself smaller but I don’t know...

    Haven't done this in a while...but curious for objective eyes...first photo is beginning of cut (July 3rd), second photo is this morning (Aug. 8). Bodyweight dropped from 178 to 166, 5'9, I'm guessing I started at 18% and am now around 13%?
