You could cut but getting lower is dangerous cause from experience. Your mind will phuck you over and you'll just rebound. Everything starts tasting like candy and hormones go out of whack. Ultimately it's up to you but gaining will make you look bigger and better after a cutting phase.
That pic of me was at end of cut. I was 157 lol after glycogen refill and hormone balance I was up to 170 lol I did leap from 9% to 12% but I look way better than at 9% and can function properly again.
So as I said. In your case. I recommend going into a lean bulk then cutting again in 8 months and repeat.FS/ S/ OHP/ B/ DL
120/150/70/100/180 =KG
I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.
Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!

Hey everyone, last time I posted in here they said I was ~25%. I'm 6'2 ad 18, started a cut at 232 on November 1st and currently ~215 lbs, around 8 lbs lost when I posted the other pictures. The new pictures are in my bodyspace and I was looking for a bf% estimate for where I'm at right now. Thanks!

Hi all
Hope you all are doing alright, I have a question and I need your advice and help. I’m a 25 year old man who weighs at 180lbs with a 34% bf and is 5’8 feet tall.
I started cutting in September 16th, I was 196lbs with a 42% bf. I’m happy with my steady progress so far. I have two questions so bare with me please, first question; Can you estimate my bf percentage, I’ll post pictures, because I’m basing my bf % on the inbody scale at my local gym, which I know isn’t accurate at all. Second question is I want to get down to 14% bf by august 2021 and maintain it for awhile, then maybe lean bulk once I get to that digit. Judging by my pictures and progress thus far, is it possible? I eat below maintenance which is (1900 cals) at the moment. I’ll lower the calories as I lose more weight.
Thank you all in advance.

I put you somewhere in the area of 30% but in that range it's hard to really give a specific number.
You have about 25-30lb of fat to lose to put you in the low teens for BF... so yeah... losing 25-30lb in 8 months (32 weeks) is doable for sure.
If you're in a true 500-700 calorie deficit or so, that should get you there. The power of carbs compels me!

Hey y'all. Put on a bit of weight and exercised less during 2020 because of lockdown and all, but I'm looking to get back on track again. Here's where I currently stand. I'd like to slim down and get a bit more toned this year.
Stats:
6 ft, 0.5 in
168 lbs
waist: 35
Any estimates or advice as to where I should go next would be greatly appreciated! I'm also attached these to my bodyspace/profile, if you'd prefer to view them there.
Oof just realized all my pics are horizontal. Also I'm not 51 like my profile implies, I'm 20. :/ sry abour that!!Last edited by inductance; 01-16-2021 at 11:33 AM.

You need muscle, badly, its pointless to even give you a bodyfat estimate since you have no muscle at all on your frame. You should not be cutting or attempting to lose anymore weight, you just need to start strength training on a good program and ensuring you're eating enough protein (around 1g per lb of bodyweight daily).
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Estimation
Hi was just hoping for an estimation so I know how much more weight too lose before I start to bulk.
I don't know how to post a pic so will give as much info as I can.
5ft 10 175lbs down from 230lbs waist is 34 inches down from 42. Still have protrusion in the stomach region so I expect I have a way to go yet.
If anyone can direct me on how to post pic it would be greatly appreciated.
Just uploaded some photos in my gallery not sure if people can see them?Last edited by ross3103pat; 01-22-2021 at 07:37 AM.

Hello fellas, I'm 10 weeks into getting back into shape. 212 in the first pic starting and 192 this morning (I'm on no carbs so a bunch of that is probably water too)
Am I below 25% yet in the second picture? It is from this morning
Much appreciated ahead of timeChemE in education, SoftwareE in job

Your lighting is very bad and your photos are pretty far away (try framing just yourself in the photo instead of your entire room), but 17-18% from what I can tell might be close.
Hard to say where you'll be at a certain bodyfat percentage because lots of variables in play, but somewhere between 160-170 is a best guess. All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
