    I do a LOT of yoga (ashtanga mainly), and run, as well as calisthenics things on the side.
    i eat around 2000 kcal a day but am looking to lose more fat, what should my daily intake be with all the sport I do? And the body fact % i have?

    About 19%BF.

    In my opinion you shouldn't try to lose more fat, rather build muscle. But that's me, your goals might be different.

    Since you are that active, I don't think you should lower your intake regardless. Rather promote health by keeping the same intake or slightly higher if you want to build muscle. You'll likely improve your body compostion anyway due to high amounts of activity.

    In around 22%BF. Keep up the lifting progress during your cut. Keep a steady deficit of -500 (1lb/week) to have enough energy for pushing through and improving in the gym.

    6 ft 5 (195 cm) , 242 lbs (110 kg) . Hope u can estimate. Also, do you think i should cut or bulk? I was thinking of cutting till end of this september then bulk until february-march then go on cutting till summer. What do you think of this plan compared to my body? Thank you.

    You can keep bulking as long as you feel like it... depends on what you want to do. But if you ask me, I'd say cut.

    Around 20%BF. I think it sounds like a good plan if you want to put it in timeframes. Personally I like the open approach... cut until you're satisfied with your looks, bulk until you're uncomfortable with how you look.

    Honestly; cutting to 10%BF might be pushing it in your situation due to LBM (muscle) reasons, which would put you in skeleton territory. If you have abs at 12%BF it's all good, if not, you need to develop them further.

    Closer to 13%BF.

    3lbs won't do much of a difference, still about the same. Give it 7lbs or so and you might hit ~12%BF, or start building muscle.
