Unhappy Low testosterone levels on an extreme cut?

I have been varying my caloric intake a lot since June and began cutting my caloric intake to about 1500-2000 calories in June - July. In August, I weighed myself and had dropped around 9 pounds from 178 to 169 at 5'11 (21M). Around mid August I upped my caloric intake again (was back in college) and gained about 5 pounds. After noticing the weight gain I have been cutting again pretty aggressively, while also doing cardio 3-4 times a week and lifting 4x a week (Upper lower split). However, around August, when I lost the weight, I noticed hair loss which I found unusual. Since I started cutting again (1500 calories + cardio) I have noticed a bit of hairloss, my sleep is terrible (I will sleep 8+ hours and wake up tired) and I feel fatigued throughout the day. I also have not been getting morning wood upon waking. I also have a decreased sex drive. I am wondering whether these symptoms (hair loss, bad sleep, low energy, no morning wood) are a result of low testosterone levels due to my cut? Should I see a doctor and get my T-levels tested? I am planning to increase my calories and cut out cardio for now.

What is your current rate of weight loss per week?

How much fat are you getting in your diet per day (grams)?
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
