    Got a couple of my legs, although I had issues with getting my legs

    Guys, I'm 169cm tall (around 5"5'). been dieting for 4 months now, and managed to get my weight down from 70kg to 61kg.
    I got my latest pictures in my profile. My question is, is it normal for a guy with my height to just weigh 61kg? I can see my abs now, but my friends and families all said that I've gotten way to skinny (judging from my face). My low weight makes me want to bulk up so bad, but I don't want to lose my abs. I know it's a little bit off topic, but I need some advise.

    At your height for a lean guy that is not super light. I would advise you bulk steadily from here (as in 1-2lb per month, no more). If you are truly disciplined enough with your calories you should remain relatively lean and when you next cut you shouldn't have to lose a great deal to get back to where you are

    Also ignore friends and family, to the general public if you aren't 20lbs overweight you're "dangerously skinny". If I could see a full upper body shot could probably give you a better idea of what I think but for now I would say gain some mass and not to focus on 'gaining weight' on the scale. 300cal surplus, let the muscles grow and only use the scale to make sure you are not gaining too fast

    same here man - 170 cm and 69 kg, family and friends wondering why i'm cutting

    i'd say 61 kg is close to being "too light" though, maybe you should bulk already

    hello i'm would like some advice ( bulking or cutting )
    i'm 5 feet and 9.29 inches! 167.5 pounds ( bulking or cutting ) , didnt train for 2 weeks , no diet eating whatever but only drinking soda's and eating fast food on weekends i took a lot of fat though .

    Diet and exercise. The fat will come off when it comes off. There is no way to spot reduce or choose where that will be though so you just have to keep at it until your body starts pulling calories from the midsection (however long that takes).

    Hey guys! I posted a request for a body fat % a few weeks ago and got estimated at around 15-17 %. I was wondering how many more pounds I’d need to drop to get to around 11-12. In the pics I have in my gallery I’m at 152 pounds at 5’8. Thanks in advance.

    Assuming you were 16% at 152 and lost ~only~ fat then 144 would be at 12%. In reality you will lose a bit of lean mass so you'll probably have to drop closer to 141 to 142 pounds to get there.

    Been dedicatedly losing weight since January, down about 50 lbs. I would estimate myself 27-30% but wondering what y’all think.

    Little confused man - you put me at 30-33% when I posted this a few months back. Just comparing the two it seems I’ve lost a good deal of fat on the belly since. So doesn’t make sense how my BF% would increase?

    Honestly? Based upon your current picture, I was wrong back then and probably underestimated it by several percent. When a person is over 30%, without a side view it can be difficult to figure out just how heavy they actually are. Either way, you are looking at having 50+ pounds to lose still to get into a "lean" state.
