    Mid-High 30's. TBH when your BF gets up there like that its pointless to put a number on it because thats not going to help you, you've obviously been there before and know what you need to do.

    Thx for the input brother! and yeah totally agree about the number being irrelevant at this point. Gotta stick to a deficit for most of the next 6 months or so.

    Do you even lift? I would do a full body for a while then cut.

    Thanks for the reply and advice, yeah I do. I used to weigh 134 pounds, so come from a very skinny frame and background.
