Hi, I started lifting last month, I'm staying at home so I can't get it measured... I would appreciate some help
I'm 6'3" (1.92m) and around 180lbs (80kg)
I'd like to know if I should start bulking or what I should do for my meal plan (right now I'm eating for muscle gains 2900 calories a day - 221g protein, 332g carbs and 82g fat).
Anyway could you try to guess my bodyfat?

According to measurements calculators and my weight and height, I'm anywhere between 13.1% and 17.4%. Averaging them is 14.6%, but I think my BF is higher than, that...but people here would probably have a much better idea. Trying to cut ~.5 lb/week, so figuring getting as good as possible of a BF% would help for estimating TDEE.
Height is 5'10", weight 172 lbs.

i've been stress eating since this coronavirus outbreak and gained a few lbs. It's been a month and I need help with body fat % without the gym's inbody and a solid work out.
I am 36 years old, 5'9 and 182 lbs.
I used to be 252 lbs 3-4 years ago and have accumulated a little loose skin from that. I have been lifting (a consistent schedule of 3-4 times a week plus cardio) for a little over 2 years but haven't had a solid lift since the quarantine (3 weeks). I finally got a peloton bike last week and have been doing a 30 minute ride everyday. I also just got a pair of dinky selectech 552 dumbells but that's barely enough to get a good lift.
(yes i have bacne and it's hereditary and i can't seem to get rid of it with any kind of body wash)
