Hello! what would you say is my body fat %? Also I started lifting weights around 2 months (did some crossfit a year ago but quit after a month lol). I've been eating at a 1800-2000 kcal (I'm almost 5.10ft and 165 lbs and in theory my TDEE is around 2300-2500kcal). I notice some muscle growth (weird because i'm on a deficit) but the lower abdomen and love handles have me worried and I don't know if I should cut, lean bulk or body recomp at this stage. I'm very confused!!
I'm doing a 3 day x week training with compound movements and progressive overload (is that what it's called?).
what would you guys do? Thanks!

Hey! Looking for an estimate... I honestly don't have a clue even after looking at example pics. Maybe around 23%? Who knows. Open to suggestions. LOL
Pics in BodySpace
I'm 4'10", 33 yrs old, and last I checked (about a month ago) 104 -ish lbs (I don't have a scale so can never weigh myself in the mornings). I did a body fat calculator machine a while back that said 22%, but I know they can be inaccurate.
I've lost about 8 lbs since I started body building and now it always fluctuates around 102-105, I think because I am building muscle.
Really want to get down to 16-18% just as a personal goal.Last edited by fitfaith84; 08-09-2017 at 08:23 AM.

About 22%
GW=195*.78/.9 This will give you his approx. weight at 10% bf.
About 16%. I'd probably give it another 5lbs.
Around 23%
Hard to tell with this lighting. I'd guess 15-16%You can't help the hopeless.

Bulk, cut, body fat percentage?
Should I bulk or cut I'm 72kg 5ft 11
Was wondering if anyone had a idea on body type I was?
Started the gym at 83kg about 8-10 months ago and been trying to cut down as much as possibly but managed to gain some muscle along the way what are your guys thoughts?
PICTURES ARE IN BODY SPACE GALLERY
All advice and opinions are welcome and I'm greatful for, thanks!
