Pics in body space, 6'4' ,249 pounds. All time highest weight was 307, 10 years ago. Ive gone from 307 down to 207 up to like 290 down again and up to here. Ive weight lifted but its been years and I never got that far. I was told by a doctor when I was 207 that I had loose skin. I wanna know if I need to lose more weight or start bulking. You look good! I guess 12-14%? Very balanced with some good definition and at your age the only way is up. I would say bulk but be mindful that you look healthy, have age on your side, and life has many things to offer outside the gym too. Maybe seek some expert advice on the diet. Keep up the great work!

5’9 180 guesstimate
Hey guys , I couldn’t figure out how to post pictures on the forum so I uploaded two current pictures to my profile . I have recently dropped 35 lbs and am sitting at 180. My goal was to hit 170 and do a clean bulk however I feel I still have quite a bit of fat . Dose anyone have any guess of what bf I would currently be at and a good goal weight to hit before a bulk ?

Please rate my bodyfat based on this tik tok vid. All my progress videos are here. I started at 17% according to inbody about a 7 weeks ago. Inbody now has me at 7.3%. Know I’m not showing my abs here, but based on this what would you say. I’ve been using OMAD and a large caloric deficit, using both diet and lots of liss to burn additional calories while hitting my minimum protein requirement. There has been no muscle loss according to my scans and my strength has actually gone up on 1500-2000 calorie deficits. Usually eat around 1200 cal, with 215 G protein, lift 6 days a week for an hour and so 2 hours of liss-miss all days. Losing 1% bf a week according to scans
