Could you tell me how much my body fat is. Starting a cut soon. So I’d like to check progress in the coming weeks. Thanks.

Can anyone please give me a bodyfat estimate? The pictures are in my bodyspace.

For those who want to hear me out, read below..

I've just undergone a 60 lb. weight loss over the past 8 months, with an eating disorder and improper training. I was eating once a day, however much I want.. and consuming lots of water. I was stupid, and became too fixated on trying not to look like a cow.
Well, now I look like a smaller cow and I realize I accomplished nothing.

However, I have been eating proper and training regularly for the past 3 months, and have undone SOME of the damage by cutting the fat / increasing a biiit of muscle.
I will continue this as a new lifestyle, and make smarter choices from here on out.
You can see small video on below link for how to reduce the body fat

    Will rep all estimates.
Traditional pushups are beneficial for building upper body strength. They work the triceps, pectoral muscles, and shoulders. When done with proper form, they can also strengthen the lower back and core by engaging (pulling in) the abdominal muscles. Pushups are a fast and effective exercise for building strength.
If doing 100 Push Ups is hard for you, then your muscles will need some recovery afterward. ... If 100 Push Ups is not hard for you, then it will just be a short muscle endurance workout for you. It wouldn't overtrain or even pump your muscles significantly.
There is no limit to how many push-ups one can do in a day. Many people do more than 300 push-ups a day. But for an average person, even 50 to 100 push-ups should be enough to maintain a good upper body, provided it is done properly. You can start with 20 push-ups, but do not stick to this number. These links will give you proper ways to build up through push-ups.

I am guessing 16-17%. You should bulk.

    Body fat percentage

Can I get an updated body fat percentage? Last time was estimated at 12.5% at 193 lbs

6’2 185.6- might be holding some water as well, as I’ve had some whoosh effects in the past and have been dieting by for several months and lifting like crazy.

Pics in profile, thanks in advance and thanks to everyone in the community for helping thus far. My hope is that I’m around 10%, but I’m looking to start lean bulking I think regardless for the next several months and peel back again next year hopefully with more muscle. Grateful for any advice here as well, although I thinking about eating at maintenance for around a month and titrating calories up from there 250-500/day based on growth.

    Hey,

My weight: 74.5 kg (164.2 lbs)
    My height: 180 cm (5'11")
    My age: 25

All the pictures are relaxed and there is no pump before taking them.

    Can I get an approximate?

    Thank you.

Why not do something will all this SPAM? Hell, a misplaced thread should be the least of this places worries I'd think. You can't wade through all the chit to read the actual posts.

You should be more concerned with lack of muscle, not body fat.

    Put on some muscle.

I agree with the advice you got. You have little to cut down to.

How to bulk without increasing your BF%: small surplus and good training program. When your waist size goes up, diet that gain off quickly and restart the bulk.

Would be great if you could move it back to the Losing Fat forum!

I see thanks. What would you say my current BF% is? Around 18%?

I assumed it was to pretend BodyFit, and not forum members, is offering it's member this thread as a service. Glad to know it was probably just a mistake instead of scummy behavior.

I would guess more like 21-22%.

14% would be my guess as well, but it’s a bit more tricky when pics are taken flexed.

As you currently look good, I don’t see the point of going down to 10% and potentially having your performance suffer? Why not bulk/cut within the 12-15% range?

Pics in profile, thanks in advance and thanks to everyone in the community for helping thus far. My hope is that I’m around 10%, but I’m looking to start lean bulking I think regardless for the next several months and peel back again next year hopefully with more muscle. Grateful for any advice here as well, although I thinking about eating at maintenance for around a month and titrating calories up from there 250-500/day based on growth.
Looks around 12% but it's difficult without seeing your legs, in any case, you're good to start your bulk whenever you want

At 10% veins on your lower abs are a key indicator, and your quads will look significantly more defined without flexing

If your goal weight is ultimately lower than where you are now, then taking a mesocycle at maintenance is worth it, so your body gets used to being a smaller frame.

But if your goal is to end up with a larger frame, more muscle, etc. Then there really isn't a clear benefit in spending time around maintenance. Maybe spending a mesocycle at maintenance volume (low volume), eating at maintenance, in order to desensitize your muscles would be worth it for you. This is so you can start your bulk with less volume, so as you progress through your bulk, you'll have room to ramp up intensity and volume and still get the most out of it without turning into overly long gym sessions or fatigue you won't be able to handle for long.

    ~20% probably

It helps to be more accurate if you post pictures where you are not flexing / sucking in your stomach

Also, missing the legs kind of makes it a hard guess

    Can I get an approximate?

    Thank you.
    ~22%

As for looking good, that's subjective. If you ask me, at your height, 10% will probably look good around 200 lbs, but that would be around your natural limit.
