13-14% ish. Personally I think you're right in the sweet spot now as far as sustainability and having some flexibility with your diet. Sure if you stripped off another 10-12 lbs you would probably look pretty diced, however 10% and below really isn't really sustainable for anything other than short-term for most people.

12-13%, I would probably stop cutting, you need to spend about a year building up your physique to add some more muscle.

Yeah I would love to but I play about 3-4 hours of tennis a day, which is pretty high level cardio. Hard to eat enough calories right now to even maintain this weight.

I feel like I’m a bit higher in terms of my body fat around 14-15%.. I carry most of my fat in my lower back and stomach was thinking of cutting down to 79kgs just to see how I’d look eating 2k calories with very minimal cardio...

The upper back shot swayed me to lower my estimate a little, your lower back and stomach is probably just your bodies propensity as far as fat storage. Either way, doesn't matter, you still could do with overall more mass, and you're very likely to start losing LBM by getting leaner.

5'7, 143 lbs, went from 180 to 143 in about six months

i think the before pics are 27-29% (at least that's what i've been saying in some of my posts)

after pics maybe 15%? anyone want to confirm? i want to be able to finally say i've hit 15% lol

i guess it's time to start gaining mass again, does this sound like a good plan?

    1. eat in a 100 calorie deficit for a few weeks, see if i can squeeze out any gains (probably not but it's worth a shot)
    2. increase calories by 200 (basically between maintenance and a very slight surplus), keep eating like that as long as i'm making progress
    3. after milking my fat-free gains, finally transition to a 200-250 surplus
    4. start cutting again in may (this is enough time to make decent progress, right?)

also, thoughts on my cut progress overall? yay or nay?

awesome you cut so much but sadly I think you lost a lot of size. Do a slower cut and keep your intensity up when working out next time. I would say you are around 15% lose 10more lbs to get your v taper to pop but shoot for no more than 1lb a week.

I think you were no higher than 21% in before pic

i think it's partly because of "cut flatness" and overall weak look after a long cut. also a lot of that size was probably fat

maybe the before pic is deceiving, i'm absolutely sure i was 25-30%... wouldn't really make sense to go from 21% to 15% in half a year while losing 40 lbs, would it? my strength went down a bit, but nothing too bad

thanks for replying, been waiting for someone to reply for two days lol

    Appreciated!

Advice is appreciated, trying to slim down. Been on a calorie deficit for a while now, about 1500 cals a day. 140g protein atleast. Haven't been doing any weight lifting, apprehensive about going to the gym currently, I get about 10,000 steps a day.

after pics maybe 15%? anyone want to confirm? i want to be able to finally say i've hit 15% lol

i guess it's time to start gaining mass again, does this sound like a good plan?

    1. eat in a 100 calorie deficit for a few weeks, see if i can squeeze out any gains (probably not but it's worth a shot)
    2. increase calories by 200 (basically between maintenance and a very slight surplus), keep eating like that as long as i'm making progress
    3. after milking my fat-free gains, finally transition to a 200-250 surplus
    4. start cutting again in may (this is enough time to make decent progress, right?)

also, thoughts on my cut progress overall? yay or nay?
Sorry I missed this. I would actually say your "before" is in the 23-25% zone, and after you're in the 13-14% range. Nice job dude. You're in a good spot if you want to start lean bulking, keep it to 1-2 lbs per month.

You need to stop cutting if you're not currently strength training, you're just going to hurt your physique even more. You're carrying a lot of fat and have little to no muscle, and whatever muscle you do have you risk affecting by being in a deficit without appropriate strength training. You're over 20% bodyfat, its time to start throwing around some weights.

I think you should talk to a therapist if you feel like you need to lose weight... I'm 5'9 and 160lbs and I feel like I couldn't survive at 150lb lol

You are in a dangerous place. My brother had an eating disorder and well he isnt here anymore... either take squids advice or see a therapist if you seriously consider dropping more weight.

I have some recent progress pictures in my bodyspace. Interested in an estimate BF. I'm thinking about 20%. I'm currently cutting to try and get down to 170ish lbs then going to try and stick around that and build muscle for a while. Sorry but my front view one might be hard to read because I was flexing.

    5'10
    178 lbs
Progress, not perfection. One day at a time.

    Stats;
    5'10
    176 Lbs (Goal 170)

Current Supplements: EVL Stack; Leanmode, Vitamode, BCAA5000, Aminos, Shred Preworkout, BEETmode. Fish Oil, BSN Whey.

I would guess you are around 17%ish. Sure losing 8lbs of only fat might put you in a good spot to bulk.

Keep your intensity high and focus on your macros also get plenty of activity outside of working out.

Thank you. I intend to bulk in the future but I just wanted to try and finally get a six pack if possible. Been a goal of mine for a while now and I usually try to get close and give up then dirty bulk.

great job on weight loss so far! I have no idea what bf% you are and it probably doesnt make too much of a difference to focus on that number.

Just keep doing what you are doing and make sure you are strength training! Kill it bro! Gl
