Thank you. I will take 12 percent. Run deficit til end of month and then slow bulk. Abs are funny for me. I Dont know how to flex. Some days I can see a full six pack other days I cannot. My starting point was 30 percent on inbody 9 months back and I know it isn't accurate hence asked your opinion. Other than that my face has sunk in and I look sick, and weight loss is stalled at 1900 cals so I think enough is enough. Wanted to take less than 15 percent nod from your side to transition to maintainance and then bulk π

Relaxed and flexed. Post injury form, crushed my back 3 years ago. I can't believe it came to this ewueeegggh I feel disgusted posting this to the public but the fat shame fuels my motives to get it back.
5'11", 247 lbs | 112 kgs
Started dieting about 1 week ago and already dropped some weight and I've been lifting for about 8 weeks now, I can tell the first couple weeks/months the pounds might shed off quickly. Just wanna get my BF% known so I can adjust food/macros accordingly.

I wouldn't put yourself down we all have times in our lives when we are a bit bigger then we like. The good thing for you is that you do have some solid lean body mass as it is noticeable even at a higher bf% so you hold your weight well. I have you around 27-28%. Just keep a decent calorie deficit whilst weight training (and some extra cardio if you like) aiming to lose about 1-1.5% of body weight in lbs per week until you become leaner.
Not quite at 80% body fat that is more like this
Anyway you are around 23-24%. Yes you should cut first using Fierce 5 for cutting is fine.

76 kgs (167.5 pounds)
180 cm - 181 cm (5'9)
Would appreciate some updated body fat estimates as I am trying to get down to 12% BF. Reckon I need to lose another 3-4 kgs (6-8 pounds). In particular, I still have some fat to lose on my arms, the lat area, lower back and the abdominal area to get that lean look.
I have lost around 13 pounds since I began my cut back in January, but I still don't see any definition on my arms. Guess I just have to go on and get my BF% lower to see some striation/definiton on the arms and get that nice cut between arms and delts?

14% nearly 13%. You can see the difference is coming even from 9 days ago.
- 11/04/19
- 20/04/19
Although the change is small you can see a bit of a difference mainly in your core outline and your serratus anterior is becoming more defined.
So yep around 72kg bracket will probably have you close (depends on your water weight and glycogen stores).

Hi! Please estimate my body fat
Also, needed some advice on whether my abs are underdeveloped or if I just need to lose fat. I can feel my upper abs underneath the fat, but I can't feel lower abs at all! It's like they're not even there. Should I start working out lower abs specifically so I can cut to them later?
And would it be possible to maintain my current bf and still hypertrophy lower abs enough so that they pop out? I don't need abs 24/7, I just want them when I flex/stand in good lighting.
Stats: 171 cm/5 foot 8 inches, 71 kg/156 lbs

13-14%
20%
Yep that was what I would say.
Around 17%. What you do is really up to you. You could cut a bit more then lean bulk. Well the only way you can really keep your bf% the same would be to recomp which can work but is generally slower and some people find it more difficult then simply cutting and bulking. I wouldn't bother cutting to lower abs as on most people that is around 10% or lower if you get some abs showing that would generally be regarded by most as very lean.

Age: 24
Height: 6'0
Weight: 199lbs
I'm finally under 200lbs, currently sitting at 199lbs as of yesterday morning, going away in July and want to lose as much as possible by then without sacrificing muscle, I expect to be around 189/190 by then as I am taking my weight loss slow and steady at 1lb a week.
Feeling really good about my progress and just want to check how I am doing, I won't post my last estimation as I want people to guess straight from what they see, unless they have estimated me before.Last edited by GingeyBreadDev; 04-23-2019 at 03:05 AM.
