Hey guys, I'm assuming I'm between 11-12% body fat (close to 11.5 ish) but I wanted other opinions. I'm 6 foot 160 lbs.
I also have very heavy striations in my shoulders and I have striations in my upper chest.
Stats (incase it matters): Squat 225 for reps/sets
I was able to PR and dumbbell chest press for 160 (80s in each arm) today for a set of 10 then set of 8

Beards FTW.
Yeah well ab flex or no I say 11-12%
19-21%
OK 11.5 ish. Like .5% matters?
Me too or less, probably less. Some deep cuts in the legs there. I'd say 10% for whatever that is worth. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

Hi all.
A quick guesstimate from you chaps in the know... I have been lifting on a deficit for the last 9 months after rotting for 7 or so years, 31kg lighter, significantly stronger than when I started. The last time I stood on one of those error prone machines it suggested about 32% - probably reasonable at the time. I feel I am about 28% now. (6"4' (193cm) 114kg)

Nice work, that's a big drop and good you got the gym work going again. What Tiger said makes sense to me, you are probably close enough at 25%+/- @ 250.
Sorry can't tell much from that pic.
