Estimation for both before and after please . I've lost about 95 pounds since December '16. Been eating around 2100 calories. Just tryna figure out my next step to take my physique to another level.

Im 185 cm and 89,9 kg. Can you please tell me my body fat estimate? My bmi is overweight :/ and my scale says that i have 28% bodyfat :O

The photos are on my bodyspace, taken in the evening after eating everything :-) im trying to lean bulk, with 300 surplus calories. I'm flexing a little bit in the photos cause I have a full stomach (bloated), I just ate.

I would lean bulk for 6 months or so. You don't have anything to cut down to yet.
