Hit up Back today, had alright numbers for my first non-DMAA workout in a while. Trying to do 50 pullups in as little amount of sets as possible, my best ever was 3, so I have a long way to go.
Wide grip pullups 15 10 8 10 8
Two arm long bar row 4 sets of 90x12
High row 4 sets of 180x8
One arm db row 3 sets of 70x12
Seated row 130x10 145x10 160x8
Wide grip lat pulldown 3 sets of 80x12
Will hopefully build from this for my next Back workout next week.

Decided to hit Deadlifts yesterday and had a pretty good workout. Was talking to one of my coworkers while doing 36.5 inch box jumps and completely wrecked my shin in the beginning of the workout though. LMAO never not pay attention when doing box jumps regardless of if it is an easy height for you.
