Hit up Back today, had alright numbers for my first non-DMAA workout in a while. Trying to do 50 pullups in as little amount of sets as possible, my best ever was 3, so I have a long way to go.

Thanks, The heavier I've gotten the less height I can jump lol, when I was in high school and barely weighed over 100 lbs I could dunk a basketball and pretty much float on air. Not so much anymore hahaha. Just tell your wife that its winter weight like a bear.

Was talking to one of my coworkers while doing 36.5 inch box jumps and completely wrecked my shin in the beginning of the workout though. LMAO never not pay attention when doing box jumps regardless of if it is an easy height for you.
