This kicks in pretty quick, stays with me the whole workout.
Mixes well in water with very little residue and I spoon stir it, instead of using a shaker.
I have Wild Berry and it's a pretty good flavor. Not one of my favorites, but way better than Fruit Punch(blah).
So here is the 1,2,3 punch for this PWO----> 300mg of caffeine(energy), 2g of Beta Alanine(power) and 200mg of Alpha GPC(focus)

Awesome job today. I was able to raise my weight on most of my main lift except for DB Shoulder Press, but I did increase reps, which tells me I can raise them next week. I am very please with this workout and nice to see my strength coming back
