I have not lifted or been on any kind of PWO for almost a month, so I can say this....it hit me within 15 min...lol. I felt the kick start of the caffeine, and my fav, Beta tingles...lmao.

Mixed great, very little residue with stirring. Taste is pretty good too.

Mixes well in water with very little residue and I spoon stir it, instead of using a shaker.

I have Wild Berry and it's a pretty good flavor. Not one of my favorites, but way better than Fruit Punch(blah).

So here is the 1,2,3 punch for this PWO----> 300mg of caffeine(energy), 2g of Beta Alanine(power) and 200mg of Alpha GPC(focus)

Being as I was caffeine deprived for 3 weeks, this really gets me going.

Awesome job today. I was able to raise my weight on most of my main lift except for DB Shoulder Press, but I did increase reps, which tells me I can raise them next week. I am very please with this workout and nice to see my strength coming back
