Hi guys,
I am currently 154 pounds and height 5'10.
Skinny build but I guess I'll be considered "Skinny Fat"
Just went to a shop and bought some protien powder containing 1250 calories and 50g of protien per scoop.
My aim is to get bigger but not massive. I'm very confused on what to eat, What my workout will be so any help would be great, More concerned on what to eat though.

Look at the Fierce 5 sticky and follow the routine, don't change anything.
Head over to the nutrition forum and read the stickies there on how to calculate your macronutrient intake.
Save your money and don't buy more of that powder - eat real food instead.
Oh - you don't accidentally become "massive" by the way, just focus on eating right and lifting on a proven routine.Current lifts (23/02/2017) 1RM @ 175lbs (5'8")
