been playing the new fire emblem game. I think this is the greatest game i've played since the witcher3

EASILLY the best game in the franchise. 10/10 game and my personal game of the year. I highly recommend checking it out.

What's your guys must have accessories for your Switch? I've watched a lot of YT videos on the different ones, just trying to decide which accessories I want to pick up.

Tempered glass screen protector. This is a must have as you can scratch the screen buddy by putting it in the dock.

but besides that, i would just recommend having some spare analog sticks on hand (get the kit that comes with 2 and all the tools) since joycon's sticks start to drift after a few months of use

Nintendo Switch is a cool device but I'm leaning towards the switch light lol it is a better handheld and more comfortable.

seriously doubt that, the D-pad seems to be the only real improvement made

they dun goofed big time with the allignment of the joysticks, makes literally 0 sense to keep them directly in line with the face buttons / D-pad

I can understand the retarded concept that each joycon could be used as a standalone controller (while in reality this is virtually impossible and never used I suppose) but why they didn't change this for the Lite version srsly baffles me

also analog sticks and face buttons too small in general

Switch on one side has one of the WORST controllers ever with the joycons and on the other hand the BEST controller ever with the Pro Controller, how is such a thing even possible?

I'm hype AF for certain games like

- zelda links awakening remake
- tunic
- cyberpunk, but i'm cautiously optimistic about it. It's their first fps game so it could very well be a not fun game
- pokemon
- metroid prime 4
- temtem
- new COD, cautiously optimistic


I'm not hype about games like anthem and i dont think others should be as well when they're just cashgrabs

I have two official Pro Controllers for my Switch (regular and Xenoblade version), my friend has one 3th party wireless controller (don't know the brand but it's not one of those you posted in the links) and one wired Horipad for his Switch

so I already played with 4 different controllers (including the awful joycon grip) and the official Pro Controller is BY FAR the best of the lot, it's really an incredible controller so for me it's worth the higher price

$ 90 seems a lot though, over here it's between € 60 and € 70 for an official Pro Controller - you should be able to find it cheaper imo

If you like smash, tennis or Mario kart deluxe 8 it’s great. But i guess not necessary for the overall switch Library. I like it for Mario kart mostly now although I may play through re4 with it.

It’s my favorite game ever re4 using the GC controller.. just like re4 intended.

Anyway not needed for many switch owners but I couldn’t own a Nintendo console without one

Fire emblem is that damn good huh? My next buy still I want to be marvel ultimate alliance 3. I grabbed son of s witch on the cheap and fun with my cousins

The Grandia HD collection is now on the E-shop, this is a muuuust have.

Grandia II was one of my all time favorite RPGs back on the Dreamcast, top 5 for sure.

Seems like a substantial increase over the OG Switch.

Also, overclocking it appears to yield really good results, which eliminate most frame drops and decrease loading times considerably.

I bought this new version of the Switch two days ago, however I don't really have anything to compare it to since I don't have much experience with the OG Switch. I've also been running it mostly in docked mode so I haven't gotten to fully test out the new battery life but I will report back when I do.
