You only have kids if you pursue the route of getting married. You have to pick one of the townspeople that you want to marry and continuously talk to them and bring them gifts. Eventually you will bring up their 'approval' of you. You can at some point buy an item that will allow you to give it to your boyfriend/girlfriend and ask them to marry you.

Once married and you continue to improve your relationship with your spouse, you will eventually get an option asking if you should have kids or not. It's your choice. If you say yes, the wife will eventually become pregnant. It literally happens overnight. There are no cut-scenes for this at all. Totally G-rated. The baby comes eventually in the same manner.

Not at all. Greatest wife ever. Every morning she is up before you and greets you. Then she usually goes into town. You don't see her again until evening when you have to sleep. It's the way that it should be.

Stardew Valley is a strange game for me. You basically do the same routine everyday while branching out and accomplishing other tasks to further your mission. What I mean is that every morning you tend to your crops and animals. This is what gets you money. After those 'chores' you are free to go mining, fishing, or finding the secrets of Stardew Valley (there is a main point to the game).

Things to do in Stardew Valley:
Plant crops for money.
Upgrade your farm buildings and house.
Go through all levels of the mine to 'level up' and gain ores to sell or donate to the museum.
Interact with the townspeople (try to get married).
Get married and have kids.
Go fishing and try to collect all the rare fish.
Find the 'secrets' of Stardew Valley (there are a couple of quest lines to accomplish).
Visit the town's festivals at different times of the year.

It's the daily routine that is simple but yet so addicting. I constantly find myself saying "one more day". Before you know it, you have played for hours. It's a very laid back and relaxing type of game with a solid gameplay.

There really is more to the game than just planting crops. I can understand for some how they couldn't get into it. I was the same way until I got a bit further into the game and I was hooked. I have played through two different game saves and still go back to it from time to time. Money well spent IMO.

Sounds pretty cool, seems like the perfect game to play if you just want to chill and even multitask. I like the fact that you pointed out there's a point to the game. Thought it be a mindless no story game

Unfortunately I missed out on that, And much of the WiiU library.

I absolutely loved GameCube, and they got it right with switch IMO. The Wii was tight for the time but I believe Switch is So much greater. But they did say they would need to make an upgraded version to keep up With the ever evolving tech.

It’s why I’m not buying a regular switch as of yet, again. (I have a switch lite only btw).

If there’s going to be a switch 2 then I’d rather wait for that. Although I am considering trading my PS4 pro toward a regular switch when I finally find a ps5.

Gamecube was my first console. I will always cherish those times as a kid waking up to play wind waker or sunshine with some brisk tea and snacks. The wii was more of a popular gimmick, traditional sit down and play with a controller is GOAT. We need to catch up on the games we missed on the U, it looks like there's great titles we can't get on the switch. Also had bought the switch to buy Earthbound and Switch don't have VC jakes on me lmao

I could imagine brah, played DK Country Returns 3DS and it had a lot of badass modern graphics and music. I could only imagine the upgrade. Funky mode!? Das it. Can't wait for it

IDK it's been almost three years. Some matches everything is smooth and fun, other times my character don't even respond. A lot of my losses are because the fuking controls don't respond srs

Yup been there. It happened maybe a handful of times in Splatoon 2, rarely if ever Mario kart 8, but nothing rages me more than freezing up in ssbu.
The loss and then bans you for a half hour. Its like mocking you then putting you in timeout.

However when the controls are responsive (I use a GameCube controller for ssbu btw) it’s the most fun I ever had in a fighting game.

I am finishing Funky Mode then I will open 3D World or Streets of rage 4.

I mean I suppose some use the controls on the switch lite and do alright. For me I love the GameCube I always liked that controller best. For me it’s a must in ssbu. It’s worth it. Maybe just get a mini stand off Amazon for it like I did.

LOL +1 on that mocking you and putting you in time out. That chit makes me rage like nothing. i use the Power A controller while on tv. It's a bit better but still has that input lag. smh. wish nintendo addressed the input lag this direct

I just bought DK tropical freeze, smash bros, 3d all stars. I haven't had this much fun since snes/psx/dreamcast/ps2/xbox era. feelsgoodmane

I just got lent Super Mario Maker 2 for Switch. It's fuking amazing the quality and fun found in these games srs. Let us know how tropical freeze is, first I decided to finish DK Country for SNES before proceeding fully with Freeze. It's real stuff when you said you haven't had this much fun since back in those years, it's FUKING REAL. lol

The load times and VA’ing were not stellar but the gameplay and art style were terrific. Also the story seemed fairly dark and serious.

Could scratch that FFT itch, although to me it felt more Tactics Ogre.

Is this game related to Octopath Traveler? Looks similarly in the graphics department.

The game looks great IMO, but I am not sure that I can get into it.

It looked like something I'd like as a FFT, Disgaea fan. I just hated the trailer narration basically explaining to me what a SRPG is like I'm some drooling retard. The title was also horrible. Project Triangle Strategy sounds like Fire Emblem's combat system.
