The beauty of the switch; portability and sleep mode. When I was playing BOTW, I just turned it on or off at any time or anywhere around the house or outside the house. Can't wait to do the same with Mario.

I played it for about 15 minutes. Its very similar to sunshine + super mario 64. What makes it different is the hat, taking control of certain enemies to access areas of the level you couldn't as regular mario. Purple coin type items scattered throughout the level/world that can only be used to purchase items in that world. Thats about as far as I got into it.

dassit, gonna buy Mario on release and I'm picking up that stardew game cause it sounds like a nice game for breaks. I'm loving the Rabbids game much more than I thought I would.

Absolutely love it. We have an office that's run by me half the week, and I'm really just there to answer the phone and do busy work. I can toss the switch in a case and bring it with me. Play in on the shiiter, play it when my wife or kids are watching tv, and I just wanna kill 30 minutes without interrupting Moana or some chiit. Wife and I play kart all the time, and we bring it to the hotel or recently we crashed at my parents house and played it in the bed and pounded beers.

My kid brother is 11B and gets deployed so it's ideal for him too, he buys like EVERY fkn nintendo game.

As much as I love handheld mode, I think I'm going to play Odyssey in docked mode as much as I can.

I stopped ordering games from them because EVERY Nintendo purchase I made from them was late. Their BS excuses is what pushed me to subscribe to Best Buy's gamer club.

I don't like digital cause theres 0 resale value. At least with physical copy if a game sucks you can always resale it.

pre-ordered so long ago, can't wait. Looked really similar to Sunshine, which is such an amazing game. Really have my hopes up considering how on the ball Nintendo's been this year

Anybody know when we should find out when metroid will drop? I'm really tempted to buy a switch now but I kind of want to wait for the metroid bundle to get blue joycons (assumption), don't really want to buy an extra set as I'm going to buy a pro controller as well and **** gets expensive..

i am guessing towards the end of next year to help push more switches are christmas. expect pokemon too

You could honestly tell MarGOAT Odyssey would be a 10/10 game from the trailers.

It was to the point that I didn't even care to see new footage or trailers because I KNEW I would be getting a 10/10 masterpiece.

I've seen a couple screencaps of some worlds by accident, but it's really exciting going in not knowing very much. Did it with Zelda, and made for an amazing experience. Also doing the same with US/UM

Depending on where you live if you preordered at Gamestop they're allowed to start selling the game from 8-10 pm. The gamestop where I preordered is going to start selling at 10pm, TONIGHT.
