As you all know, summer is getting close, and we all want to look good on the beach.
I was curious if fat burners actually work and if they are worth purchasing at all. There are some products on bb.com with decent reviews like some of RSPs products.
If they do work, which ones are the best?
Thanks in advance

I use SAN Tight Extreme Reloaded..
It works.. Stimulants and the fat burning blends that SAN has all work.. But only if you are super solid about everything. They will, help to amplifying the fat burning process.. But if you're not solid with everything. No amount of anything will help youZIEGLER

Fat burners work if you understand the purpose of them. They don't necessary cause fat burning or weight loss. But they assist in a calorie deficit which is what's required to lose weight. They will provide better energy, mental focus, and appetite surpression. Can't be taking one and not tracking your diet expecting to drop fat/weight.
My favorites for the above features I listed:
ECAY stack
BPI Roxylean
ProjectAD Shredabull Untamed
Cellucor Super-HDProgressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Well put on how a fat burner can help assist one reach their goals. I would personally check the profiles of a product before your purchase to see if you are sensitive to the amount of caffeine or other ingredients it might contain. Depending on when you workout, you can use the fat burner as a pre workout.
My personal favorites are:
Blue Star Blade
AE LIV

Lol @ people saying fat burners don't work. Assuming your training and diet is spot on, an added fat burner CAN in fact make a difference and give you an edge. Just like with any supplement, it's a supplement, not a substitute. You don't drink a protein shake and grow muscle, same as you don't just take a fat burner and get shredded.
Check out Shredabull by Anabolic Designs. I am actually getting ready to start it in a week.6'3

If your diet is in check and you are training hard etc... Then the Hydroxycut Hardcore Nexgen is a good option. I have one serving in the morning with fasted cardio then one after lunch. I do have Vapor X5 a few hours later pre workout and this works well for me. I did used to find years ago pre workouts helped me to get leaner.
