    Looking for some advice!

    What's up guys. This is my first post on the site. I'm 28 years old 6'2" and have finally gotten the motivation to follow a plan for about 5 months now. I started at 308 pounds and am currently sitting at 235. I'm looking great and feeling great, not flabby and putting on a good amount of muscle. I'm now looking to take my fitness to the next level. I want to get big and lean. Obviously lol. But my question is, if I were to post the macros I've been following for the past 5 months would any of you guys take the time to recommend changing or leaving it. It's obviously worked thus far, but there has to be more to it. Thanks in advance.

    Here's my everyday routine

    11:30am- 50g protein (2 scoops protein)
    1 scoop creatine
    23g carbs (1/2 cup oats)

    12:30am- bcaa/glutamine

    1:30pm- 50g protein
    23g carbs ( 1/2 cup brown rice)
    7g fat (1/2oz raw almond)
    •Multivitamin
    •Test booster
    •Fish oil
    •Carnitine
    •Coq10

    4:30pm- 50g protein
    Vegetables
    23g carbs
    7g fat

    9:00pm- 50g protein
    23g carbs
    7g fat
    •Fish oil
    •Carnitine
    •Coq10

    12:00am- 50g protein
    Vegetables
    23g carbs
    •Test booster

    1:00am preworkout
    1:45am (intra workout) bcaas/glutamine

    (Heavy weight lifting approx 1hr 15 min)
    (15 minutes of cardio after weights)

    3:00am- 50g protein (2 scoops protein)
    30g carbs (1/2 cup oats)
    •carnitine
    •fish oil
    •coq10

    300g protein
    145g carbs
    21g fat not including fats from shakes

    Curious why you are not counting the fat from shakes?
