    Scrum half rugby plan

    Hello, I'm 19, 5'8, 82kg and play scrum half. I'm starting a new team on Thursday and want to improve my game. I work hard at my passing, kicking etc but was just wondering if anyone could advise me on a plan that will help me physically.
