Thanks, really liking it so far. Replaced a Titan RH and a Dynamic rack-mounted GHD. It's less than 20" longer than the Titan RH alone, so even before factoring in the free space needed to actually use each machine it's saving space. The pop-pin adjustments are very smooth, and the footplate is wide enough with the handles for the RH that I don't feel the need to upgrade to a bigger one.

I also picked up some spotter arms, j-cups, and another multigrip chinup bar for my Ultra Pro rack. If I could convince Dynamic to make monolift attachments I'd have very close to my ideal power rack.

I sold my 15+ year old Parabody leg ext/curl machine and bought the Ironmaster leg ext/curl add-on. I sold the Parabody before I was even able to get my IM attachment and test it. I am shocked by how good this piece feels. I miss the back support and handle from my Parabody but I have to say the IM feels real good on extensions and I actually prefer it for lying leg curls. I also attached the hybrid pad to my Superbench PRO. I think it really helps for using the leg ext/curl attachment.

I also sold my old TDS GHD for a killing in relation to what I paid. I don't do GHRs, I only used it for hyperextensions. I bought the IronMaster back extension attachment. I really like this piece, it's super sturdy. I'm trying to free up some room by getting rid of the standalone leg ext/curl and GHD. I want to put in a half rack and this will help.

Can you actually do hyperextensions on that without the bench getting in the way?

Yes surprisingly. I watched some review vids on it and people can get down far enough, it's a 45 degree angle and you're high enough up off the floor that the bench is a non issue. They also make a smaller bench that doubles for their lat pulldown I'm going to get once it's back in stock. It's very comfortable.

So this happened, the only piece of gym equipment that has made me break my 'Not Made in China' mood. The CAP+ Commercial Bench (WF Athletic Supply $399). For those who remember I did a full write up 3-4 years back comparing this bench to the Legend 3103, which was a very favorable review and I'd say it still holds true today (for the most part). It's $300-$350 cheaper depending on Legend's current pricing, it's roughly the same exact specs and steel thickness, with a few minor difference which I actually like over the Legend. Removed the ugly feet and replaced with 3x3" end caps and removed all the identifying stickers, so only a trained eye could really tell the difference between the two benches. There were a few rough spots in the paint and the finish isn't as nice as the last one, but it's going to be a fantastic dumbbell only bench.

    Padding is really nice!

They replaced the foam handle with this one, but it feels nicer that it looks in the pic.

Biggest issue I could find, bubbling on the rear end wheel.

Got a free XPO trainer this weekend. Guy listed it for free on a local ******** group. Close to mint condition, works perfectly, just wanted to clear out some stuff.

What was nice is he bought it new and knew the value. I never love the feeling of getting one past someone that doesn't know what they have so no guilt here

Really like it but grabbed it mostly for my son to use for some leg work prior to football season

does look like the legend for sure, for the price not bad. Getting legend stuff shipped now is crazy expensive.

No pics, but over the last few weeks I added a Rogue Slice Sled with their chest harness, the new Rogue Tib bar (wife did, she has tib issues) and a set of Inspire rubber coated plates, split between my brother and I. The ones I kept are for the sled, and stored in the garage. Figured rubber would help with any humidity issues, and the price was about $1/lb new.

Did you jump on that Inspire rubber coated olympic set from Costo for $350? I was considering getting a couple of them and selling off the oly bars.

I want to put in a half rack and this will help.
thinking of getting the wider pad for the ironmaster. Looks good for leg ext/curls. But for chest supported rows I like the narrow original pad.

Clearly, the only acceptable option is two benches.

I did. I kept 45s and 25s. The rest of the plates went to my brother. A buddy needs a starter barbell so he's going to get a deal in it. Overall solid quality. Everything came packaged in a shipping crate.

To me, it makes the leg ext/curl attachment useable. I had a Powertec one that I hated. I actually prefer the lying leg curl on the IM to the stand alone unit I used to have, great space saver too. I never used it for chest supported rows, but can see that would hinder it. I wanted a non contoured pad to be able to do hip thrusts with, but like radrd said...

well already have two benches (Legend 3-way). I think for now I'll keep the orignal pad. bench supported work is more important to me right now than leg curls. I'm sure its better with wider pad- but its only one exercise versus the many options for rows I use it for.

brand new Medium/Wide Hybrid MAG Handle

I've been a big MAG handle dude for a few years now (posted my original review here). I know I don't have to convince anyone here that they are awesome.

I was lucky enough to have a conversation with the owner of MAG and talk about my reviews and knowledge of the product. She mentioned she wanted to send me something, I shared my address... and this bad boy showed up!

Wide > New in between > Mediums

Wide > New in between > Mediums

These aren't available... yet! But are part of their upcoming new product releases.

As you can see in the photos, it isn't quite wide, and isn't quite medium, somewhere in the middle. A VERY slight pronation, basically neutral.

Really excited to add this to my routine and see the pros and cons.

If anyone has any questions, let me know!

I'm very interested to hear your thought. The wide grip is the only one I don't have, as my lat pulldown/low row is rack attached, and I would only have 2" of clearance on each side until possibly pinching myself against a post.

Just measured it, and it is a solid 3inches shorter on each side, about 30.5 in total.

So far, I just know "summer". I'll get details though.

Another one, as yesterday was new gym toys day apparently...

These things are clean and awesome. Initial impressions... little details accounted for, they move smoothly, adjust easily, and look great. I'll do a full write up in the future.

They look great! Will be interested to see how they compare to your Edge Fitness Mono's, especially the clearance on the swing arm.

Looking forward to the newer one that is in the middle. I find the wide one ok but is the one I use the least. Something in between in length should be a good alternative
