I email pics to myself..... and resize them to medium instead of actual. I end up with two of the same image on my device, but I usually delete them after posting. At least it seems to work ok using iPad and iPhone for posting pics. I'll get an occasional pic that ends up posting sideways, but I usually fix it once I get to a desktop.

Message yourself on Facebook. It will re-size photos and videos to small file size really well.

You need a rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Never done it before. I put water in for now. Haven't weighed it, but I think that puts it around 160 or so. I'm going to pick up a few more so I can have various weights to work with.

I picked up these recently here in the UK

    10kg, 12.5kg and 17.5kg with stand for £50.

I sold the stand for £20, so the dumbbells only cost me £30 for all 3 pairs. Absolute bargain.

In addition to the small Roundheads I picked up, I got 4 of these Ivanko 45s. Holding them for someone else. Too bad I did not get the HS shoulder press I want. At least not yet.

I can't remember the exact weights, but generally I have seen kegs filled with a few things (listed from lightest to heaviest):

    Water
    Sand
    Sand + water
    Concrete

I'm sure someone here can remember how much they will weigh with each. I believe I have even heard of some putting gravel instead of sand, or even lead weights mixed with the concrete if they need them to be very heavy.

If my beer keg trivia is correct, a keg is 15.5 gallons. Water weights about 8lbs/gallon. So, 124 lbs. of water is added to the weight of just the keg. I don't have a clue what an empty keg weighs though.
