Haven't been able to "rep" many of you for a year or more...not for lack of trying.

Nice pick up brother! Thats there lever edge stuff, which has a newer sleeker look then some of the older pieces. It also uses converging / diverging paths et. So really interested in hearing thoughts after a few workouts.
Bastard, i was so close to choising that bar when i ordered my t grip. I use angled and nuetral grip a lot, so i have several. The two issues these bars can have with some if the more common designs is
1) if there not made as narrow as pissible they are harder to stnabilize and it can limit the amount of weight you use.
2) the cage itself hits your body. Rarely will your wrosts be 100% perpendicular to your chect for example, so the slight tilt makes the Edge of the cage angled closer to you limit range of motion. The cage getting in the way is more obviouse a reason in overhead presses and rows. I wentvt grip fir my last one because eliminating the center section cage seemed the best so,ution. It dies a great job, the only downfall is that there are only two grips. Usually i only use the wider two on a three grip bar so i wasnt concerned. Reality is it feels like the narrower is a bit narrower then ideal and the wider a bit too wide on some movements. Its a great bar, i dont regret buying, but would still consider the EFT canber bar if it revieews well.
Wiuld lve to know when you get some miles on it
Does the cage width itself feel too wide, or is it ore along the lines of the newer narrower ones from edge and ithers?
Does the camber offset any loss of range fro the cage?
I know there was a deal on that bar, was it specificslly that bar only or a site wude sale from Elite?
Thanks, enjoy it, i am interested in your thoughts
U

Found a nice lot of equipment last week. Bumpers, the plates on the tree, bar and the black rack on the right. Needed a 2nd rack for the roundheads. Still lining the rack with rubber padding so by the end of the week the rest will be off the ground. Not sure what kind of bar this is...no markings. In really good shape...I just need to get some of the rust off it...sleeves spin really well.
I picked up this dip machine about a month ago. Its heavy duty. The grips are nice and thick so its much more comfortable than other dip stations ive tried.

I have the cheapo Titan axle already, but I've been wanting a knurled axle for a while, and this one finally went on sale. Code STRONG10 gets another 10% off and covers most of the shipping, so it came out to right around $100 OTD.

Yeah I'd say Legendary, this thing is heavy! It's essentially brand new except for a few scratches. Thanks!
Thanks!
Appreciate it! Yeah after a few reps on it, I really love the motion! I'd take this over the HS Seated Row anyday, but I still prefer the HS Low Row. Which in my favorite Rowing machine still.
When I first saw it, I knew I had to have it! I love it alot! I got rid of some Kettlebells with the rack as well as a HS Adjustable bench. Definitely worth the trade off.
Reps to All!

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?
