Got a Rickshaw Bar for farmers walks. A lot better for farmers walks than implements, both in loading up and turning around while walking.
I have found with implements it's hard to fight the inertia both in initiating then trying to stop the turn (eg after turning around 180°).

Quite a nice bar, interestingly like a lot of GetStrength gear, it has "no weight limit", I'm guessing loaded up it will be 750lbs which is fine with me.
Probably hard to find overseas but PM me if you want dimensions for a welder to make up.

That's a nice piece! I built one like this but added the legs which makes it even easier to load and it doesn't roll when I set it down. I built it so the plates are only 1/2" off the ground which only raises the handles the same amount.

I think you'll enjoy using this. Repped.

Sold my rack mount Dynamic GHD and picked up their freestanding Economy model. Basically the same as the Rep fitness GHD. Not as heavy duty as the rack mount unit, but it's solid, has a relatively small footprint, and I'm not limited on how I can position it like I was with the rack mount.

Thanks man, I have only tried it out for a short time but really like it. That's a good idea about the legs. I'm able to tilt it so it rests up on the cross-member thing to make it easy to load, a little like using a barbell jack. Repped back for what my rep power is worth lol.

Looks like a nice unit. No issues there at all. GHDs take up a lot of room but with standalones at least you can position them. Mine is like yours, flush to a wall. Would stink to have a big piece stick on/by my rack all the time so I hear you. If I need space it will go as I don't get a lot out of it (will try again next training cycle) and it's more a dedicated situp bench.

I believe I sold the rack mount unit to a forum member, but forget to ask his username. It was a nice GHD if you are looking for a rack mount. The way I had to set it up in my basement meant it actually took up more floor space space than the freestanding unit, and I think I detached it and put it in storage about 3 times in the time I owned it.

The Economy one could use a slightly bigger foot plate, but I haven't decided if I want to buy a sheet of diamond plate and make one or not. I have used it a few times now and it definitely works well for GHRs, but I can't quite get my toes on the footplate.

I recently picked up some Hampton 100's to replace my 'standard' deep dish plates. The standard plates had a huge lip compared to the Hamptons but 90% of my plates are already Hampton so I had to get these to match. These were $40 after I sold the standard plates.

Also picked up some specialty equipment from CL this past weekend from Gorilla Strength out of Kentucky. I've been wanting to pick up some collars w/chain hooks for a while so when this deal popped up on CL I had to jump on it. I paid less for the whole lot than Gorilla charges for the fat grip dumbbell handles alone. The seller threw in the RED hooks when I picked up the items as a surprise bonus. The bar is 82" long and has a grip of 2.5" square. Very quality stuff.

picked up 6 york 35 lb olympic plates today.

4 of the 35 lb yorks were pretty rusty. the last 2, which are deep dish, not so much. should be able
to get $1/lb am i right? 🤭😉 at least no offers below that lol

got matching 15 and 35 lb dumbbells for my existing 15 and 35 globe dumbbells

picked up a fair amount of roundheads and 1 bun and traded for a texas fully knurled squat bar.

Picked up some more Dynamic comp bumpers. They also hooked me up with a bigger footplate for the GHD I bought from them. Couldn't get my toes on the original footplate. Feels much better now.

They're nice. They fit tight and they're slightly thinner than Rogue's comp bumpers:

    25LB 30mm (1.18 in) -/+2mm (0.08 in)
    35LB 40mm(1.57 in) -/+2mm (0.08 in)
    45LB 51mm (2.01 in)-/+2mm (0.08 in)
    55LB 60mm (2.36 in)-/+2mm (0.08 in)

The ones I've picked up are all used/demo pieces and don't have raised lettering, which Dynamic offers as an upgrade. Most of mine have random school names/logos on them, but these last two pairs didn't. Guessing these are the last of the cheap ones for a while since they just got new ones of their showroom. Either way, I'm pretty much set for bumpers at home.

Posting here because no one I know can appreciate or cares.

So Friday while walking from work to get lunch, I decide to pop open Craiglist and notice an ad for free gym equipment posted 4 minutes earlier. I text the guy and arrange to pick up yesterday.

    I get there and find:

    Couple of Abmats
Muscle Driver 18 inch plyo box
    Wave Master punching bag
    A Hoist half rack
    Rogue sand bag
Rogue S4 squat stand still in shipping boxes (missing the box with the 4 gusset plates unfortunately)
    Brand new cerakote Ohio Bar
And get this, a brand new Rogue Abrams GHD!!! (See what I did there? Built up the suspense and saved the best for last)

All I had to do was pay 150 for someone with a van to move it all. Selling the half rack, squat stand, plyo box etc. to pay Mech for a belt squat set up. So basically get a bar, belt squat and GHD for free.

Yes, I am super excited, like a kid at Christmas!

    Negged for lack of pics.

FINALLY got a 45 hyper... Bodymasters for $50
Shout out to Bench905 for the heads up.

Thing is rough, but will fit in with the rest of my stuff. Am a little concerned about how short the legs are.
. Also, leave it to Bodymasters to put a strut down the channel to ease adjustments, took me five minutes to figure out why i couldn't slide it out

Also, leave it to Cleveland to not post pics in the Look What I Bought thread.

Are you going to do loaded bar work with it (barbell back extensions, or whatever you want to call them)?

I have a Maxicam unit that I need to clean up at some point. The BM's legs look shorter than the Maxicam's, but here's Pete Rubish doing 425 on a BM unit without flipping it over (or really even budging the main frame):

    Embedded for Jesse.

Those look in nice condition! Congratulations brother! Joe P. said that you picked up several pieces. Flex Leverage is hot right now. I have always been curious about the Leverage bicep. I once owned a Leverage seated shrugger, think I sold it for $400.

Man you're so lucky! What state are you in? Flex stuff is hard to come by. I have the Lat Pull, Incline Press, and the Row (all Plate Load). I am in the hunt for a Flex Hack Squat. IMO it's the best Hack ever made and the easiest on the knees and back. It's so damn smooth! Precor Hack feels terrible in comparison.

I used Startrac's leverage bicep piece which is very similar or the same as the Flex (same company basically) except that it's Uni-Lateral. It was awesome and i'm sure the Flex is too.

Congrats on the flex pick up! I would be interested to know what you think of the dip. Flex hack squat is a classic! I am going to splurge one of these days and pick up the adjustable Watson hack. Again congratulations!
