You flipping these? I've been aiming to eventually flip enough stuff to cover my entire gym cost. If I sell all of the overflow I have, I'll be close.

Got this Schwinn 113 for $1 because it had an error code on it (e2).

For anyone who gets an e2 code on a Schwinn, the manual says check the data cable, but that's unlikely.

I opened her up, and there's a little black box that contains gears and these adjust the magnet distance from the flywheel to change the difficulty, it was seized so all I done was poke a screwdriver in and move the gears a bit to free them and now it's working perfectly, quite a nice bike that I use while gaming. Takes at least 30 min by the time you take it apart.

If anyone see's a free faulty Schwinn on craigslist I recommend you give it a go.

Thanks man, nice SSB too, they look good to use. To me they look more dangerous though, should probably be called ergonomic squat bars or something lol.

I had never used one prior to picking that one up. For the last couple years I have had some shoulder issues that make the typical squat bar position very uncomfortable during flareups though, so I figured I'd see if an SSB would help alleviate that. The EliteFTS bar seems to have very good balance and the handles are appropriately spaced (unlike v1 of Titan's SSB), so I really have no safety concerns.

Great pick up, it looks to be in good condition, welcome to the Bravo club. In the vast majority of workouts mine get's used at some point, it's replaced a fair amount of dumbbell work, especially for lighter pulling movements, particularly high to low which are difficult to replicate with db's. Not an essential piece of equipment, but the Bravo is difficult to beat for accessory work.

If you don't already own them, one attachment I would definitely recommend are a pair of Rot8 handles, expensive, but IMO worth every penny.

    Reps on spread.

Thanks guys. Splurged on it, but I like it a lot. I hadn't realized how much difference the swing arm would make for me until today. .

I didn't get Rot8 handles, but I did get these Trak Handle Pro's and the narrow row attachment. Came up on Ebay for $80 or 85 shipped, so I snagged them. They're pretty nice for pulling exercises. Surprisingly unstable for pushing. Not sure I'll like them for that.

Very nice. Congrats. I've been on the lookout for a good deal on one since a FT reseller snatched up the one I tried to buy for $900. I haven't seen one that cheap since.

So I decided to get a stainless steel shaker cup to replace and not have to deal with the bacteria and chemical crap that grows in the plastic versions, I went with the Final III Stainless Steel shaker cup which I found on amazon.

The whole bottle is stainless steel including the top with the only parts that are plastic being the flip top cover and the shaker fan/whisk part underneath the cap to mix the shakes and doesn't leak when shaking to mix, nor when drinking from it.

It maintains a nice, ice cold drink as well as hot drinks too...the only thing it doesn't have is fluid oz. measurements on the outside of the cup, but that doesn't really bother me since I just rough estimate my pour with more, or less depending on what I'm mixing.

All in all it's a great upgraded shaker cup in my opinion and easy to clean, here's a few pics of the shaker cup as well as a container of Xtend Natural Zero Blueberry Lemonade which incidentally I received on the same day a few weeks ago and reviewed here...

    Nice. Can't beat stainless.

For anything plastic though, soak 1-2 Efferdent tablets in there now and then (once a week even) to take care of any bacteria buildup. That's a carryover from backpacking. We use them to clean hydration packs (usually every 1-2 weeks when the pack is getting heavy use). Sam's Club/Walmart carry the 100-packs of Efferdent for $5.

Thanks for the tip, I'll probably keep the old shaker cup as an extra so good to know.

I didn't tape it or anything, which I should have to minimize the gaps, but I still like it.
The blue tape is foot marks for P90X. I'll have to move them over now that the FT is in there.

Ordered BWTG's hammer curl/triceps bar, but just got to open it today since it was one of my birthday presents.

I quickly tested it out on my adjustable bench for skullcrushers and tri extensions and the portability is perfect for some of my space constraints, I'm not too sold on the angled flared grooves for curls (feels a bit un-natural to me), but the hammer curl/neutral grip portion is nice and should serve me well too.

I'm thinking of rigging a dettachable collar around the middle top portion of the bar to hook on to the top and bottom pulley of my lat machine for cable skullcrushers and cable hammer curls.

Generally adding this bar to the cart on the site without modifications requested will give you a smooth, non-knurled bar with no plastic end caps which is fine, however caps would have been nice just like on my rackable curl bar from them, but especially on this bar due to its nature of your face potentially contacting it during the movement...other than that it's a solid choice to compliment dips with and I definitely recommend it!

Picked up a Parabody leg press and 480lbs of Ivanko revolvers for $510 last night.. all in pristine condition, except the leg press is missing one rubber end cap.

I'm happy the leg press color will match my rack, functional trainer and half rack. Undecided whether I want to keep the revolvers.
