Picked up a Life Fitness CSAJB bench off Craigslist today for $125. I've been looking for the Hammer Strength version for quite a while with no luck so when this popped up,I had to grab it.

Concept 2 SkiErg. Functions the same as the rower, except with the two overhead pull down handles. It's even more of an a** kicking than the rower .

I like it so far and the price was right. Mainly got it as a dedicated bench for my FT2 functional trainer. I will use my other Life Fitness bench that to keep next to my dumbell rack

I went to look at a Rogue GHD that was for sale down the road from my house and while I was there I saw the SkiErg in the garage and thought it was a rower stored upright. I even asked the guy 'how much he was asking for the rower', lol.

I got it for $250 (and $200 for the GHD).

Saw this Edge Fitness Belt Squat on CL for $300, time to compare notes against my cable driven version . Initial impression was VERY good, Rick sure knows what he is doing!

My buddy texted me early this morning saying he wanted it, I figured it was long gone so I was shocked when he responded to setup a time. It feels nicer than expected, going to load it up tomorrow and see how it feels for heavy volume work.

Nice, Was it the abrahms GHD? Its a bitch to adjust, has fixed foot plate height, and bigger then a locamotive, having said that it still seems so well set up and feels so solid and well built i couldnt imagine trading mine in. The only change to that would be if i were to train with more people that needed different foot adjustments... adjusting it is terrible, if its left in place though the piece feels perfect

It looks like a lever handle that moves to the side to release the weight arm like a lot of calf raises have.

This one appears to be a slightly different version, off center and to the right there is a single welded post. Attached to that post is a bracket were an 'L' shaped tube (red below) is pulled out to release the weight. I would have been concerned about not having support on both sides but this thing was used/abused by some big dudes and it seems no worse for the wear. Honestly this thing has me jonesing for a dedicated unit for myself, my Powertec setup is 100% functional but this is a different beast altogether.

Picked up some unbranded Ivankos, Ivanko bar and Ivanko 2.5KG spinlock collars. Not a complete steal but a pretty solid price for $150. Some plates still have the Ivanko Taiwan stickers on them but I can't find any markings on them at all.

The bar is 20KG, 7 foot with only powerlifting marks, no center knurl - anyone know which one it is? One sleeve spins, the other moves but is tight so I'm hoping just oiling the sleeve may help. Didn't measure the bar but I would guess it is 28 or 28.5MM (may be 29M but didn't feel like it).

I didn't actually buy this today, but I finished it and put it in the gym today (I still need to install the weight stack, guide rods and foot roller washers). I was too ashamed to post a picture of it when I bought it (it was ugly ).

It's a Bodymasters 213 Mid Row w/ 250 lb weight stack.

Very nice, that's a great addition, when it comes to working back I like variety, it looks
like the handles on your Bodymasters unit are set far enough apart for a decent wide grip row, which isn't the case on some back machines.

Picked up this Tuff Stuff lat pulldown with a bunch of other stuff yesterday. I wasn't planning on keeping it, but now that I've assembled it I'm surprised at how smoothly it pulls since it's a square tube guide type.

Grabbed this Pro Elite bench. Needs new rubber feet and a bushing to replace a broken one that's causing the backrest to wobble badly (probably why the guy was basically giving it away). Removed the broken bushing and put a washer in until I can get a new bushing, which took all the wobble out.
