'Look What I Bought Today!' - Part Deux

I've had this same discussion. My 9 bar vertical storage is full and there's 3 - 4 in that stay in the power racks.

I'm up to two full 6 bar gunracks, three standing in the corner, and a couple over at a buddy's place...

This^ i have a one in one out policy for her shoes and she tried to apply that to my bars...lol...

the screen on the rower i picked up last week didn't work on the bottom half and thought i had to replace the whole thing, so i was going to upgrade to a pm5, which is aboot $180. looking at the concept 2 site i saw that they sell replacement lcd screens, so i thought i would give it a go. $38 and five minutes later it's good to go. all in all $220 in the rower.

Pick up a couple sets of chains - One is newer style with smaller chains to connect to the bar, the other has an attached collar and are heavy as crap (haven't weighted them yet but they are heavy) and a buffalo style bar.

Anyone know who this bar may be? It is 60 pounds, 35 MM, hex end but unlike what I have read about the Mega Ox bar the knurling is pretty sharp. It sits really well in the monos, ribbed sleeves but not too bad, sharp knurling with less than perfect starts and stops. Seems the ring marking on it is also wider (the mark, not the distance) than what I've seen from some of the pics posted here of other cheap bow bars. Either way I really like it so whether it is cheap or not is irrelevant.

Got a great deal on all this stuff and the guys selling was a cool guy that seemed to be more old school powerlifting.

Nice pick up on the chains especially with the collars . I was debating the getting those cheap straps for HD or Lowes for chains. But collars would be perfect and will look clean..

totally...just wish i had noticed that the handle is missing one of the grips so i'll need a new one eventually...could have combined the shipping...

Yep, cool guy that clearly enjoyed his equipment. Honestly since he was selling at good prices I was hoping nobody would buy his stuff to flip.

I never get notifications that I have a PM so I rarely ever check it. I thought my bar was busted when I bought the 1st one. One side has a lot of slop...the other side not so much. Then I picked up the other 2 bars and same thing...one side a lot...the other not so much.

Sadly I havent had a chance to try the bar out yet. Ill reach out to you if the slop drives me nuts. Thanks! On spread.

Haha! I've got it on a fixed mount. I used to have an Airdyne there so there was no need for a swivel. I've since decided cardio isn't for me, so the Airdyne got sold, lol!

Nice pickups. If it were my gym, I'd keep them both, but a heavier hyper and a nicer leg curl/extension just happen to be on my want list.

Yup lol. All promaxima. Also have a small low to the ground tricep bench, at least thats what i think it is.
