Preacher Pad. Of course doesn't completely replace a nice Preacher bench, but as of now I don't have the space for one. I already have a Hammer preacher, but this allows me to perform preacher movements on my cable crossover machine and free weight stuff like dumbbells etc. I can also use it in the rack with my rackable curl bar. Yeah its just a padded piece of foam, but it does a good enough job for what it is. Its mobile so I can easily bring it to any work station.

Wow, they look beautiful!
Not a purchase of mine but thought it was worth posting somewhere, Powerblock's finally on sale again (albeit not earth shattering @ $275). Sign of things calming down within the market?

My Xmas haul
I got the Titan 5 bar holder. I also got the Titan trap bar and 5' oly bar. I used the oly bar for curls the other day. Fits my small floor space nicely.
Here's the Titan trap bar along with my new Lockjaw Pro 2 collars from my deadlift/back session this morning. I didn't want a rackable trap bar, as you can see I have limited floor space and this fits it nicely.
I also got the Titan utility seat. I'll use this tomorrow for shoulders and triceps. I've been wanting one of these for a long time. The price was right and it feels very sturdy, plus it's on wheels. I'm really impressed with Titan's stuff and speed of shipping, considering it's "free".

Literally bought today, but not here yet. Prime Fitness Kaz handles. I'm really happy with their spreader bar and RO-T8 handles. Realized my work fitness reimbursement is $300 higher for 2022 than 2021! Score! Sold!
EDIT: Added pic. These feel nice. They're solid, and bigger than I expected, which helps to justify the price. I wasn't sure which size to get so I went with the large. They feel big, but the right size. My hands aren't huge. I could have probably gone with the smaller size, to ensure the wife uses/likes them, but time will tell.Last edited by RGrizzzz; 01-11-2022 at 02:11 PM.

Added some grip accessories recently. They came yesterday. Also got the anvil attachment (not pictured) the day before. Needed to replace the loading pins as I had titan ones and the diameter was too large for the rogue deep dish plates. Wrist has occasionally been wonky on benches lately so got some wraps to help. Going to go out in a bit (after running the heater) and try out the nunchucks and grip hub after benching.
Also added a mini-fridge. Hate where it's at currently and part of my spring projects is to tear down a section of a wall in the gym, insulate that area a bit better, and put in shelving/build the fridge into a new half wall that will come out at a 90. The additional shelving should make a huge difference for those little things you don't think about like shoes and stuff.
Actually have added a lot to the gym in the last 6+ months that haven't posted. Kinda just waiting to get to the 50 posts where I can embed instead of link.

No pics yet but recently picked up a Bells of Steel belt squat for $100. Don't know if I'll keep it since I have Mech's belt squat attachment but I figured for the price it's worth giving it a try to see if it adds any variety or anything.
It also came with the bells of steel belt and an additional spud one so a good deal regardless{5'7" and under #1}

Yes, I have too many benches, but couldn’t pass up this Legend flat bench that needs some TLC. I still have the original pad from my flat bench, I upgraded to a 12”, which I may just bolt on. OR I’ll make a new cover. I might repaint in white or black with appliance paint, or with the storm gray color match paint if I have enough.
I quote with pics. ()---() York Barbell Club #78 (DD) ()---()

Perfect for your old 10" Legend pad and maybe as a dumbbell bench or something when you are trying to maximize range of motion. All you have to do is choose a color and redo the base too.
I'm on 3 benches as well but if I had more room I'd not mind so much. FatPad dedicated flat, adjustable Rogue, and bench for my Inspire FTX which needs to be low and narrow based to work in the unit properly. It does irk my minimalist nature some. That said if I had space and a giant wall of dumbbells I'd love 3-4 dedicated stations there with different benches but that's borderline commercial.▪█─────█▪ Rogue Barbell Crew #27 ▪█─────█▪

Haven't been able to "rep" many of you for a year or more...not for lack of trying.

Just picked up a GHD from a gym looking to upgrade. Anyone know the manufacturer? I can't find any markings on it.

Well after 2 & 1/2 years my knockoff Kratos straps kicked the bucket. They seemed to do well initially with the Rogue Power Bar, but once I switched over to the REP Deep Knurl power bar I noticed they started to break down quickly. Switching back to the 'Made in USA' version, the classic Versa Gripps! Quite a difference in material quality, although the Kratos have a larger area to wrap around the barbell. Initially I like the Kratos better, they were made of a grippier material which really grabbed onto the bar. But we'll see how it goes with time and as the new straps break in.

That's the idea, didn't like traditional wraps so I got a pair of the Versa Gripps a long time ago but the were the wrong size. I didn't return them in time so I bought a pair of Kratos when they were $25 on Amazon (now $35). They seem to be more like the Versa Gripps Pro than the classic, but I really didn't want to spend $70 for a pair of straps. I use them mainly with pulldown movements and on the handles of the belt squat, for high rep stuff like shrugs and rows.

I’ve had a pair of VersaGrips for about 6-8 years and they are still in great shape. I use them quite a bit more than the average guy on here because arthritis in my hands really limits grip strength. They are pricey but we’ll worth it IMO. As of now , I doubt I’ll ever need to replace them.
Now OK for Sig line to be a novel
