Thanks, that looks like a good option. I have this one (seller's picture when I bought it):

I refinished it in hammered black and not sure the regal blue pads match with it very well now. The old decal was pretty much destroyed and I removed the rest when I refinished.

So far so good! Now I'll openly admit that these are nowhere near as easy to handle as the Equalizers, but what they lack in functionality they gain back in looking boss LOL. I'll probably get a few more pairs of 45's whenever they have a sale, but I'm guessing that might be a minute with all the supply chain issues. They really remind me of the deep dish BFCO plates more than they do the old York, which makes me even happier with them.

Recently got a pioneer lever: https://generalleathercraft.com/prod...or=Matte+Black

Replacing the already great lever on my pioneer belt with one that allows multiple adjustments. Recently had to adjust the lever on my belt due to summer drinking and realized this is a great option

Really happy with the performance and whether in my mind (or just after a good day of sleep) my squat session with this was the best I've had in a while. I'd like to attribute it to a perfect fit on the belt but not sure. Either way, super happy with this.

I was going to get a Pioneer cut belt but really prefer levers to prongs and this was a great option.

No pictures as it looks exactly the same as it does on the site

Saweet! I forgot about the Adjustable lever until this post, had it on my list but just haven't gotten around to it. I'm still rocking the Inzer Forever which is showing no signs of slowing down, hopefully it would be compatible. The summer drinking made me laugh though, I'd love to have this for the same reason

I've been using a 13mm Inzer Lever (probably same as Forever but made before they started using that term) since 2004 or 2005. Just doesn't quit and always been happy with it. This is a prime example of why spending a bit more to get what you want is worth it in this hobby. A lot of the stuff we buy really does last a lifetime.

Need to look up this adjustable lever idea just to see what it is.

I found this shop a few months ago, I think the idea if very interesting but not sure how the quality of his leather or this binding style is, but looks like a really cool idea.

If I remember how these bindings work correctly, you can lift the far end of the silver buckle to ratchet the binding tighter.

Looks like a Rollerblade buckle! Wonder if it works the same, you should just have to pull the end to tighten then press the button to lift the latch and release.

It reminds me of something that wouldn't make a comfortable belt.
This is the RapidStop which I like, but M2 also makes a tourniquet that uses the M2 ratchet like you see on that belt.

Someone's potentially going to get stuck with a belt that's way too tight if the ratchet sticks.

Yup, I think they use them on snowboard bindings as well. Slide it through as tight as possible then ratchet it exactly where you want it.

I'm quite content with my Spud belts though, I don't really see a reason to go out and get leather otherwise I would probably give it go.

In other news - I did grab a Grind Fitness rackable (ugh) trap bar next week; this one, there are apparently two grind fitnesses:
    https://www.grindequipment.com/produ...sive-trap-bar/

It is supposedly a clone of the Rogue TB-2. Been seeing them pop up new on FB Marketplace - this one was used. $200 ($325 new with $180 shipping) so I grabbed it since my comp in Feb has a basket deadlift with neutral handles (ps basket deads with a straight bar really suck) and training for that starts in Nov. Haven't really went over it too much and the only trap bar I can remember using is a cheapo from Cap (and that was only for frame carries) so I don't have much to go off of but from what I have seen, I will definitely put Grind in the rotation of manufacturers to consider.

Ah this is funny. I originally looked at Rogue's TB-1 and the shipping was $165 to me which I thought was absurd. But the TB-2 is only $75 in shipping to me, so both bars considered the Grind would be more expensive to ship to me than the Rogue. Oh well, still saved $270 and gave me an excuse to have dinner in the city with the gf when we went to pick it up.

Yea people say the same thing about the belts with the actual ratchet straps on them, there was video a few years ago of a kid getting stuck in an Inzer and the fire department cutting the belt off (not sure why they didn't cut the strap on the ratchet. These are really simple mechanisms and I wouldn't be worried about the plastic getting stuck wouldn't be hard to pry the release to open nor to cut the plastic binding if you really needed to.

In fact, it would probably be a lot easier to get someone out of one of these that is too tight than a traditional buckle (though it would be more difficult to get too tight in a regular buckle)

I put a Pioneer Adjustable Lever on my 13mm Inzer belt. It required some trimming on one end of the belt so that one of the last adjustment points would work, otherwise it works great. The trimming did not go into any of the stitching.

Another OB-84. Much nicer condition than my first one. Knurl is pristine. Looks like it sat somewhere and was almost unused. Came with matching spinlock collars.

Also picked up a Muscle Max back extension. Can't find much about rhe company, but it feels well built.

Does anyone know what kind of bar this may be? Im guessing it isnt anything special. Was curious since the end wasnt your standard bold pos looking thing. The chrome on the sleeves is starting to flake off so its not very high quality.

Let the drilling begin! Rogue Mono's arrived today, they look really nice and they should be easier to make quick adjustments. The swing arm with the stop bolt in doesn't appear to be an improvement over the old, it's about a 3 & 1/2" drop back from where the bar sits to the front of the lip when racked. Without the bolt it will get a little better I'd hope. We'll see, have work to do

Edit: Holy crap, two seconds playing around with making adjustments and almost broke my damn finger LOL. Tried a one hand adjustment and got the tip of my finger stuck down in this bottom corner when it tipped forward! Won't do that again...

Missed opportunity for Rogue here to do something cool, why not drill a second set of holes and have 1" adjustments?

How do these compare to the Canadian mono’s you had for your Pendley rack?
Now OK for Sig line to be a novel

I'd say quality wise Rogue has Mech beat here, better finish and the UHMW is awesome. Functionality wise Mech is still the clear winner, his adjustability and slightly offset Mono's still reign supreme.

Got a Rogue Boneyard rackable curl bar earlier in the week. Didn't show up in amazing shape, so Rogue gave me $30 off. Was about $170 to my door. The boneyard condition appears to be some issues with one of the sleeves, and the ecoat has something in it, off of the knurl. UPS managed to dent up/scratch the ends, and dent one sleeve slightly.
