Pro-Style DB set from 5-120. I got a sick deal on them and had every intention of flipping them, but I'm strongly considering keeping them for awhile now that I have them in hand.

If i was in your position, I'd want to keep them too.
You can always flip, but you can't always come across an amazing deal.

Nice pick up, If you have the space keep them, there's nothing like the convenience of an individual dumbbell set.

That's what I was thinking. I can always flip them down the road.

I paid $500 for the set and the guy threw in 260 lbs of standard plates, 960 lbs of Oly plates, a TDS lat/row machine and a few cable attachments for free.

I'm going to see if I can work the space out. They're going to take up about 30 ft though, so a couple 3-tier racks are a must.

Super excited! Been out of the equipment flipping game for a while now, but I just got back in a BIG way! Picked up an auction for four (4) power racks, one of them 'Legendary' and the rest starting strength style channel racks, for a grand total of $185! Should be an easy flip to pay for my recent purchases. Even if I sell them for $200 a piece it's gonna be lit!

Nice! It's a great feeling when you get the stuff so cheap that you could essentially wholesale it and still make a nice profit. I have expensive tastes, so flipping stuff helps keep my gym budget in check.

Nice score. Can't beat a great dumbbell set. I've got 5-100 and some days I find myself staring at them in awe. If you have the room keep them!

Great score urban! Would love to hit up an auction for weight equipment. I'm not much of a flipper but I make sure I never lose my money when I'm ready to sell something. Quadrupling (at least) your money is going to be easy.

Picked it up for $200 -- getting it downstairs and re-assembling was not fun, probably most annoying machine I've assembled yet.

Absolutely, pullover was a great pickup! Really miss my Nautilus pullover, but it's so hard to justify the space for a single use item. Noticed some serious lines develop on my back though, good luck with it!

Was a good day today! Anyone have a source for longer safeties, the Legend didn't have them and the other Promaxima needs some as well (40-42").

$185 total, and that's WITH giving a fourth promaxima rack to a buddy for helping!

None of them fit, legend is 3x3 and the other racks are channel racks (like 1.5x3). The channel rack from Promaxima is pretty nice though, solid rack!

If they're the swing-in type, engineers can make them pretty easily, galvanized steel is pretty cheap and I've seen some, they work OK, but you want the clearances around the box a little loose so they swing in freely.

I would just seek out some pin safeties from whoever sells one that fits (Titan, REP, Northern Lights, Amazon, eBay, etc.) and call it a day.

Well, already in the green after selling the first rack. Selling them as-is to keep it simple, let someone else worry about finding safeties. They don't seem to care, Legend rack will be gone in the morning! Forgot, this is the cherry on top, the only thing I'm keeping from the lot buy and it's FREE-99! Pro-elite (now Bomb Proof) plate loaded lat pull down with low row. Replaced the seat with an extra Cybex, needs more TLC but feels nice.

Nice, gotta love those deals! Even if it sucks you could easily flu or scrap for a nice profit!

Yeah, I couldn't pass it up. I know these are a hard flip, but even with the gas to go get it I'll be all in at ~$12.

Picked up a Hammer Strength FWADJ bench off Craigslist. Was in decent shape but rusty and filthy. Paid $150 as Pads were good but head rest protector was shot.

Took it down to the last nut and bolt. Cleaned ,Sanded and painted which took me a couple weeks. Ordered end caps and plastic protection guards from Full Circle padding. I changed some hardware and wire brushed the rest.Finished it last night. Only small issue is I need a need a new headrest pad cover as back pad showed a bit of fading where the old head pad was but I think it came out pretty good.

My wife is ready to kill me..I need to sell at least one of these!

Looks great. I've had a hard time finding a good commercial flat/incline bench here for a decent price. Still on the hunt.

Selling one is the only way to overcome this bench fetish addiction lol, I'm in a similar situation...I bought the Rogue Adjustable 2.0 and got my Legend 3103 adjustable and am planning to sell my custom 4X4 7 gauge flat bench (too cramped with three of them).

Took a few years to get this collection. They go quick unless price is too high. It’s an ongoing battle

DVO.. getting too cramped lol. I have to get it down to 3 unless I start blowing out walls to make room.

I spotted 2 Cybex flat/incline for $50/ea and they were gone in < 15 minutes. I did manage to get a really nice (aside from the mint green pads) Body Masters decline for $25 though. I'm holding onto that one until I die.

Wow. Great score..I wouldn’t let it go either. It is amazing how much different a commercial piece of equipment feels compared to something like a Dicks special. I’m just a light weight but I’ll never go back to subpar gear. My used commercial stuff cost less than new non commercial stuff. It’s a no brained that I learned off this forum.
