You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Yep, south Jersey...not far from you. I've seen a couple, but nothing I'd jump on over buying new.
BUT, guess what? I just checked today & look what somebody posted! https://southjersey.craigslist.org/spo/6062983956.html - $800 for same one I just bought...oh well.

Low impact, full body. Similar to many of the best cardio exercises like running or swimming you can do either long steady duration or intense intervals. He's referring to the intense intervals. That's not possible on an elliptical, stair climber, treadmill (danger and time to adjust), or a regular bike (assault bike design ok).
They are also inexpensive for a high quality commercial unit compared to other options, very reliable and cheap to maintain, light, and break down into 2 pieces for storage easily.▪█─────█▪ Rogue Barbell Crew #27 ▪█─────█▪

Haven't been able to "rep" many of you for a year or more...not for lack of trying.

Good information. I never really thought about price point. Yeah $800 sounds like a lot but compared to a commercial elliptical which is probably north of $2k...its a bargain. Also footprint...breaks down quite easy.
Im anxious to try it. But kinda dreading it simply for the fact that I may be $800 poorer down the road if I take a liking to it.

That's exactly what I was thinking about, trying to mount a pulley on the front beam to have a mid-row, then rigging a footplate or simple straight bar through the upright. The seat is incredibly long already so it seems like it would work, might have to run to Lowe's to see if they have a beefier version of this....

No, havent used it at all. I barely got the stack in lastnight about 11:00 pm, and have been busy all day. I usually like to do whatever tweaks and maintenance to new pieces before I really use them. I will give it a real use on Thursday though. So far just jumping on it and quickly doing some very light feeler sets, both functions seem good.

got the cool squat/shrug bar for free (guy just threw it in, I didn't have to ask lol)
the powernetics jump squat, the bench frame (no pad, will scrap it), the ab bench, and the 45 degree back extension all for 200.
the York stuff was roughly $4, now I have some more curl bar collars to go on my curl bar lol
the legend bench i'll have better photos later today. it was $161
time to sell that promaximaLast edited by matrix563; 03-29-2017 at 09:51 PM.

I had the same squat machine and loved it and admittedly regret ever getting rid of it. Mine was blue and you got a steal of a deal from your purchase. If I ever come across one again I am going to buy immediately. Even my wife was surprised I sold it as much as I talked about it and used it in my workout routines
