    Diet set out well?

    Hi guys I'm on a low carb keto diet under 30g of carbs a day, my goal is to maintain and possibly add some muscle while losing BF. Breakfast - 4 Whole eggs scrambled mixed with cream cheese. Lunch - 200g of Chicken with broc**** and mayo. Dinner - 350g of Sirloin Steak with 3 whole eggs scrambled. Snacks - 2 cans of tuna with mayo. Calories - 1710 Macros are P 210 C 6 F 84. Thanks for reading guys any advice would be appreciated

    Too much protein. Protein should be 0.6-0.8lb for 1lb of body mass. Aim for 20/5/75 ratio, therefore avoid lean proteins such as tuna. Also you might need more calories and try to eat healthier. Don't forget to replenish electrolytes (Na, K, Mg, Ca) during the first week, since you'll be loosing a lot of water.

    Tomy's right. You are eating too much protein. You are on a high protein, low carbohydrate, moderate fat diet. You won't ever get into ketosis on this diet.

    do you mean that the foods I am currently eating are not healthy? Or do you mean that if I up my calories they should come from healthy sources?

    Yea throw in some seeds and nuts, eat more vegetables, consume healthy oils, such as flax seed. I don't know how big and active are you, so I can't say much about calories. Don't cut your cals by a lot especially if you want to maintain muscle mass tho
